Attempting to reach their customer service? Save yourself the trouble. I wasted two solid hours waiting, only to have them disconnect the call abruptly. Absolutely zero support when you're dealing with back spasms from multiple car rollovers - how compassionate of them. Their response time is so sluggish that my grandmother could probably crawl from her final resting place faster than their customer support moves.

Attempting to schedule a consultation during the peak morning hours of 8-8:30am is incredibly challenging. For those with jobs and children to drop off at school, this timing is completely impractical. I've repeatedly raised this concern because the current scheduling system is blatantly inconsiderate of working professionals and parents managing morning routines!

Terrible healthcare experience at newgate medical practice

Getting a doctor's appointment is absolutely impossible. I've been battling a serious cough and respiratory issues for nearly two weeks now. The Polish receptionist was dishonest about 111's appointment scheduling and incorrectly directed me to my GP. It seems my own doctor is completely unwilling to help. Newgate's service has deteriorated dramatically. While I understand they're overwhelmed, their organization is terrible, and the medical facility itself looks completely dilapidated. I'll likely end up waiting endlessly in A&E when my GP should absolutely be handling this first. The surgery appears to have an excessive number of Polish patients who require their own dedicated receptionist and translator, and they're constantly occupying the space with insufficient doctors. Urgent reforms are desperately needed.
