Given that she is 82 years old, has hearing difficulties, and struggles with vision, they demonstrated remarkable compassion and patience. Disappointing and unhelpful medical care experience

Consistently disappointing encounters. While the midwives and nursing staff have been excellent, they appear to be external to the actual practice. During my postpartum six to eight-week examination, the physician seemed disengaged and uninformed, which was deeply unsettling as a first-time parent. The doctor displayed minimal interest in conducting my health assessment and showed absolutely no concern about screening for postpartum mental health issues. Without exception, every interaction I've had with the medical practitioners at this facility has been thoroughly negative.

Terrible customer service at local doctor's office

I contacted my doctor's office this morning about a missing prescription component. They instructed me to request the missing item, which I did. I then phoned my local pharmacy to check if the prescription had been sent, but it hadn't. When I called the doctor's office again to inquire about processing it before the pharmacy closed for the weekend, I encountered an extremely unprofessional staff member. She became aggressive, raised her voice, and when I attempted to discuss the matter, she threatened to end the call - which she did. Upon calling back and requesting to speak with a manager, I was told he wasn't available and was dismissively told he'd call me Monday. She then hung up again, leaving me frustrated and wondering how someone with such poor communication skills could be employed there. I'm now waiting until Monday to resolve this issue.

Frustrating and unprofessional medical centre experience

I experienced multiple scheduling disruptions, with appointments being cancelled and rescheduled at varying times, which ultimately led to my 10-minute tardiness. Despite spending around 5 minutes attempting to be accommodated, I was summarily dismissed. The waiting area was virtually empty, and I volunteered to wait, but was curtly instructed to reschedule. In today's world, I consider this treatment completely unacceptable, particularly after previously being disappointed twice with last-minute changes to appointments just hours before they were set. It seems the medical center operates with a clear double standard - had I arrived 10 minutes early and been required to wait, that would apparently be perfectly fine, but the reverse scenario is not tolerated.

Confusing booking process but helpful nurse saved day

My assessment stems not from medical proficiency, but from the digital scheduling process, which I found extremely perplexing. Initially, I was uncertain about the exact location of my appointment. Luckily, I had visited the Bradleigh road facility beforehand, where staff clarified I should go to Pall Mall. On the day of my appointment, further confusion ensued. Even the nurse seemed unsure why I was present. Although a blood test was my scheduled service, typically this isn't a nurse's responsibility. Despite this, she graciously performed the test, and I was genuinely appreciative of her help!
