Terrible Medical Practice in Kent

This medical practice in Kent is absolutely abysmal. They routinely shuffle patients off to the cottage hospital without hesitation, and despite scheduling telephone consultations, they consistently fail to make the promised calls during arranged appointments. Moreover, when they claim that triage will return your call within 48 hours, you can realistically expect to be waiting close to a year.

Prescription Nightmare at This Clinic

Poor service with my prescription repeatedly botched three times, and they refuse to take responsibility. Getting an appointment is impossible, forcing me to use walk-in clinics. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and discourteous. These doctors are unreliable when you actually need medical care. It doesn't matter if you're a taxpaying citizen - they're just not available or responsive.

The e-consult option proved marginally better, with a GP responding the next day around evening time. Unfortunately, the face-to-face consultation arranged for three days later was abruptly cancelled due to the doctor's illness, forcing me to return to reception and restart the entire booking process. I was again confronted with the same frustrating 3-week delay. After strongly emphasizing the urgency of my situation, I was eventually offered a telephone consultation for the following week. Although a specific time window was provided for the call, the GP rang earlier than expected, catching me away from my phone momentarily. Now I find myself back at square one, waiting anxiously and feeling increasingly helpless. The continuous barriers and lack of responsive care have convinced me to seek medical services elsewhere. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone seeking timely and reliable healthcare.

I was promptly seen within sixty minutes and received outstanding care from Nurse Sam Moore and Dr. Romito, with a hospital referral arranged in just three days. Even during the challenging coronavirus period, the staff maintained a positive attitude and were incredibly supportive and accommodating.
