Terrible digital consultation platform: navigating the system to secure a doctor's appointment requires strategic manipulation. Currently, the interface redirects patients to alternative services such as 111 and 999, even for incredibly minor health concerns like feeling fatigued. The system repetitively poses nearly identical questions multiple times. Despite these frustrations, the staff members are pleasant and helpful.
