Caring nurses, dismissive receptionist

I appreciate the exceptional care and professionalism demonstrated by the nursing staff during my visit. Their kindness and expertise were truly commendable. However, I must express my disappointment with the receptionist's demeanor. Their lack of effective communication and interpersonal skills left much to be desired, and their dismissive attitude was particularly troubling. As someone who was already apprehensive about the upcoming procedure, this interaction only served to heighten my anxiety. The contrast between the nurses' compassionate approach and the receptionist's conduct was stark, ultimately impacting my overall experience at the facility.

Timely arrival leads to attentive doctor visit

I received a text message reminding me of my appointment scheduled for 7:45 PM. Arriving at 7:25 PM, I was informed that my actual appointment time was 7:30 PM, so I made it just in the nick of time! The highlight of my visit was finally encountering a physician who genuinely paid attention to my concerns. I'm optimistic that this consultation will lead to a resolution of my issues.

Ear care excellence marred by booking chaos

The nurse's expertise in performing the microsuction was commendable, but the appointment system leaves much to be desired. After having one ear treated, I was instructed to persist with drops in my right ear for an additional week and schedule a follow-up for the subsequent Saturday. Frustratingly, on-site booking isn't an option; instead, you're left waiting for a callback later in the week. By Wednesday, having heard nothing, I took the initiative to contact Nimbus myself. They assured me it was being handled and promised a return call. Friday rolled around, prompting another call from me, only to discover all Saturday slots had been filled. Ultimately, I secured an appointment a staggering 19 days post my initial visit. The prolonged, unnecessary use of ear drops during this extended wait was far from ideal. Overall, a disappointing experience in terms of scheduling and communication.

Salon booking nightmare: Deposits and delays

I experienced a frustrating situation with this establishment. Despite paying a £20 deposit, they somehow managed to double book my appointment. When I arrived, I was turned away and forced to reschedule for two weeks later. To add insult to injury, even that rescheduled appointment was cancelled at the last minute, citing vague "unforeseen circumstances." This level of disorganization and lack of respect for customers' time is unacceptable. I'm left feeling disappointed and inconvenienced by their poor service and unreliable booking system.

Receptionist shines amid workplace ageism

The front desk staff member was absolutely delightful, but I couldn't help but feel disheartened overhearing the nurses belittling him for being "just a bern." It was quite impressive to see this mature gentleman single-handedly managing the office with such efficiency. Perhaps it's high time we moved beyond age-based discrimination and recognized competence regardless of years on this earth.

I had a positive experience at the clinic last night. The reception staff were courteous and handled my late arrival efficiently. Dr. Odetundun, the GP who saw me, was exceptionally compassionate.
