Phone queue wait worth it for same-day appointment

I contacted the practice to schedule an annual medication review. The telephone waiting time was slightly longer than anticipated, however I was promptly offered a same-day in-person appointment. When I attended, I was seen at the scheduled time and spent approximately 15 minutes with a healthcare professional who conducted blood tests, collected a urine sample, and discussed lifestyle factors. I was also given the chance to raise any concerns or questions. I felt this represented an excellent standard of care and exemplified how a GP practice appointment should be conducted. I am very grateful for the service received.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at this practice! The receptionist was exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond to assist me, and the clinical staff member I saw was equally impressive with their comprehensive and approachable approach!

Friendly reception and a clean waiting room

I attended my annual blood pressure review with a clinical practitioner. The receptionist provided a warm welcome and the waiting area was clean and welcoming. The practitioner gave me a clear explanation of the checks that would be carried out and the blood tests I would receive, and assured me I would be informed if any results required attention. Overall, my experience was positive.
