Dangerous mental health system destroys innocent lives

The staff here are fixated on mental health diagnoses and fail to distinguish between physical pain and psychological issues. They arbitrarily commit individuals and then dodge accountability afterward. I am pursuing legal action against them. Steer clear of this organization if you care about protecting your rights and well-being. Should they try to manipulate you from a pain perspective into a mental health assessment, contact a lawyer right away to minimize potential harm.

Initially, I was promised a doctor would contact me, but instead received a text message about a prescription being issued. When I called back to express concerns about being prescribed medication without a proper consultation, I was met with a dismissive "Well, what did you expect?" I responded that I anticipated speaking with a doctor or nurse. The conversation quickly became uncomfortable, with the receptionist displaying clear hostility. The call abruptly ended with the receptionist curtly saying "ok" and hanging up mid-conversation, leaving me feeling unheard and frustrated. My complaint isn't about the medical actions taken, but solely about the unprofessional communication. I strongly urge the practice to review the phone call recording. As a young woman, this experience has significantly deterred me from seeking help for intimate health concerns in the future. I'm uncertain what happened to the 'Be Kind' ethos. Despite my negative experience, I genuinely hope the receptionist receives the support she seems to need, as her evident unhappiness is clearly affecting her professional interactions.

Haunting tale of decay and desperation

this crumbling residence Walls peeling, foundation cracking, this place is literally falling apart. Every room feels like it's one strong wind away from total collapse. The structural damage is so extensive, it's shocking the building is still standing. Electrical systems are ancient and dangerous, plumbing leaks everywhere, and there's visible mold in multiple rooms. Whoever owns this property should just demolish it - it's beyond repair and a genuine safety hazard. Walking through feels like navigating a condemned structure. Absolutely the worst living space I've ever encountered. Total disaster from floor to ceiling.
