Good evening "I submitted a request for an address verification document from the NHS more than a month ago. Upon visiting their office in person today, I was informed that I would need to pay £36 for this document. Unfortunately, this amount was beyond my financial means, as I simply needed it for my bank application. Interestingly, my wife had requested a similar document just over a month ago and was only charged £10. The substantial discrepancy in pricing strikes me as both unreasonable and perplexing. As a recent resident of the UK for 10 months, without work authorization, such unexpected financial demands pose a significant challenge. I respectfully request greater clarity and consistency in their pricing structure to prevent confusion and hardship for individuals in comparable circumstances. Thank you."
