Extremely unprofessional medical staff with zero competence. The physicians display a terrible attitude, and the front desk personnel seem completely lost and incompetent.

A truly abysmal medical practice in Chelmsford... discourteous personnel who instruct patients to call at 8am for scheduling, yet consistently fail to provide available slots. On the rare occasions an appointment is secured, it's typically with a temporary replacement physician unfamiliar with your medical history. I've been hospitalized three times due to their incompetence - my strongest advice is to avoid this practice entirely.

Worst customer service ever in medical practice

Completely incompetent! Spending a month trying to reach someone by phone, only to be told to call back the next day! When you finally get a doctor on the line, they appear to have zero access to your medical records and redirect you to reception, where the staff can't even manage to locate and print a basic form! Wasting a day off work while the employees run you in circles with no resolution, it's clear no one there has any desire or ability to perform even the most basic tasks like answering the phone or handling administrative work! Nowhere near deserving of even a 3-star rating

We have received exceptional care throughout our time here. When I received my COVID vaccinations, I was thoroughly impressed by the efficiency and organization of our clinic's staff and volunteers. Kudos to them.
