Impossible to book appointments, receptionists don't care
Does not deserve 1 star. Absolute joke of a practice. I have been trying for 4 weeks to secure a postpartum appointment which I am entitled to. Ringing at 8am every morning, sometimes repeatedly, and when they finally answer there are no appointments available. I am told to try again the next day or to attend as a walk-in if the situation is urgent. I saw a comment from management stating appointments can be booked online, but this is not accurate as the system shows service unavailable. They also claim you can book up to 4 weeks in advance, so I rang to do this. The receptionist told me she could only book me in 4 weeks for the pain I am experiencing now, which is completely unacceptable. I have just given birth and require a proper examination by a healthcare professional. A walk-in appointment would not be suitable as I would likely be redirected back to my GP. You would need a letter from God to get an appointment at this practice. The whole place needs closing down. Signs should be posted telling people not to queue at 8am. The booking system needs to be done over the phone, but you cannot get through. I had an e-consultation over 2 weeks ago and have still heard nothing. When I rang to follow up, I was told they are backlogged, yet every time I visit the practice it appears completely empty. I also rang over 2 weeks ago to book my newborn's 8-week vaccinations. When I attended 4 days ago, the receptionist had not even scheduled the vaccinations. There was not even a healthcare professional on site to administer them. I was only booked in for a check-up which I did not request. My child now has to wait until later in the week due to their error. This is not only risking my health but my newborn's health as well. They are a complete joke and I am sick of this place. The reception staff do not care about anyone's health whatsoever. Every woman who has given birth is entitled to a postpartum check-up, which I have not received and cannot even obtain. The practice needs to hire people who genuinely care about patient health. They treated a family member similarly, refusing to provide an appointment and repeatedly offering antibiotics for a chest infection. That family member passed away two weeks later when it was discovered to be something far more serious. This is the biggest joke. I am leaving this practice and they need to be reported for neglecting their patients.

Extremely dissatisfied with this practice. Finding an appointment is incredibly difficult. I made multiple attempts to reach the surgery from early morning, and when I finally connected with reception, I was told there were no available slots and directed to use the walk-in service instead. This has been my experience on numerous occasions when trying to book. I have decided to leave this practice and seek care elsewhere.

I believe the service fell significantly short of the standard expected from an NHS facility. I found the experience at this practice to be very disappointing. There were issues with administrative documentation that didn't appear to be handled correctly, and I felt passed between different departments without clear coordination. I received messages about collecting items from the pharmacy that hadn't been properly processed beforehand.
