Awful booking system and not helpful at all. Cannot get an appointment at all and they don’t give any helpful information and do not show any empathy so all in all would not recommend and waiting times are ridiculous

Shocking gp registration nightmare leaves patient frustrated

I reached out to North Street surgery to schedule a consultation, and unexpectedly, I was informed that my registration with them had been terminated. I have been living at the same address since 2007 and have not switched general practitioners. In fact, I had an appointment with this practice just two months prior! Now, I find myself unable to use the NHS App because it indicates I do not have a registered GP. The surgery's staff were unable to provide any clarity on the situation, simply instructing me to restart the registration process. This experience raises serious doubts about the reliability of their service and the management of patient information.
