Friendly staff, but watch out for receptionist

The front desk team is a mixed bag - one receptionist is a true gem, offering exceptional service and going above and beyond to assist. In contrast, the other receptionist seems irritated by your mere presence, displaying a consistently uncooperative attitude. When you encounter the less-than-friendly staff member, your best bet is to hang up and retry, hoping to connect with the more helpful colleague. Fortunately, the medical professionals are fantastic, and scheduling appointments is straightforward once you navigate past the receptionist's potential roadblock.

Waited two hours for wrong inhaler

The staff here are incredibly unhelpful and discourteous. I called the reception explaining my urgent need for an inhaler due to running out, and we agreed I would attend an Asthma review and immediately receive my medication. Instead, I've been waiting for two excruciating hours while struggling to breathe, and no one at the surgery seems to have any information about my situation. After agreeing to a specific plan, they've made me come in only to leave without my inhaler, completely contradicting their initial promise. I'm absolutely done with this practice and will be switching to Balance Street. As a final insult, despite specifically requesting a blue inhaler, they've prescribed me a brown one - it's like they're deliberately trying to make everything as complicated and frustrating as possible.

The medical professionals here are incredibly supportive and accommodating. They go above and beyond to ensure patients feel comfortable and calm throughout their visit.
