Terrible medical service leaves patient suffering needlessly

Utterly appalled doesn't even begin to cover it! My daughter went to work today (Monday) feeling absolutely terrible and completely deaf in one ear because of an infection. She's been throwing up since Wednesday! I questioned why she's working in such a condition, and she said she has no choice because the doctors won't respond or are unreachable. I attempted to contact them myself this morning, and indeed, this medical practice isn't even putting patients in a queue!!! It's just an automated message stating no one is available to take the call and to try again later!! My daughter has been attempting to get help for 6 whole days!!! Enraged is an understatement!!! This place desperately needs an investigation into their patient care!!

I attempted to contact the business right when they opened to avoid the typical morning congestion, but their phone lines were completely inactive. After struggling to finally connect, their customer service seemed incredibly careless, casually tossing around personal information and repeatedly asking about an address that wasn't even mine, which made me extremely uncomfortable 😬

Disappointing decline from once great medical service

The medical practice, once top-notch even during the pandemic, has now become completely unacceptable. Patients are finding it incredibly difficult to secure even a basic telephone consultation. The helpline is a nightmare, with interminable hold times that ultimately result in disconnected calls. Despite the reduced COVID-19 threat, the service quality has actually deteriorated.

Desperate patient failed by unresponsive medical practice

Today is Thursday 30/09/21 Every attempt to reach a physician involves a phone call since in-person consultations are impossible, and the recorded message states the practice is unavailable!!! My psychological well-being has significantly declined over recent weeks, to such an extent that my daughter threatens to contact mental health services if I don't engage with my general practitioner. I'm documenting this review as a record that if my condition escalates and becomes unmanageable, there will be evidence that I made genuine efforts to seek help!!!

Great medical care in busy sheffield practice

I was unfamiliar with Sheffield and had some initial reservations after reading reviews, but decided to give it a chance. To my pleasant surprise, scheduling same-day appointments for myself and my kids has been incredibly smooth!!! Sure, phone lines can get congested occasionally, which is typical for most medical practices... However, the reception team is consistently friendly, both on the phone and in person, and every doctor and nurse I've encountered has been absolutely wonderful. I've encountered some problems with the non-physician staff members who, while generally pleasant and supportive, aren't quite professional. The reception team, in particular, seems to have an attitude problem - they act like they own the place and can be quite petty and gossipy. One needs to be cautious when dealing with them.

Some capable physicians work here, but Dr. Parker is truly exceptional. My life could have taken a dire turn if not for this remarkable woman (my sincere gratitude).
