Terrible pharmacy experience with unhelpful staff

Went to drop off some prescriptions, but ended up waiting pointlessly for 10 minutes while being completely disregarded! Frustrated, I left and visited the neighboring pharmacy, which was only slightly better. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and I felt completely disrespected!!!!

Terrible surgery with rude staff and incompetent doctors

A truly dreadful medical practice in the North West Kent region! The staff, from the front desk to the physicians, display an appalling lack of professionalism. The fact that they exclusively rely on temporary locum doctors speaks volumes about their inadequacy 🙄 If you value your health and seek competent medical attention, I strongly advise steering clear of this subpar surgery 😑

Dangerous delay in critical heart medication service

Following my heart surgery, I required a prescription refill. I'm now questioning why I ever chose this pharmacy. Their service is abysmal - they've failed to respond to the pharmacist's request for my repeat prescription twice, and I'm still waiting on critical heart and blood medications after several days have passed.

Terrible medical service with perpetual busy signals

The phone line remains perpetually busy, even when supposedly inactive. Despite repeated notifications, the issue persists, which is utterly baffling. During an urgent medical situation, attempting to contact your general practitioner proves futile, as their line is consistently jammed, even at midnight. This is absolutely unacceptable - if a zero-star rating were possible, I would certainly assign it.

Terrible phone service leaves patient frustrated and unheard

I repeatedly attempted to reach them via telephone, but consistently encountered no response. During my first call, I was left waiting for approximately 16 minutes, and when I tried again just 10 minutes later, I remained on hold for 23 minutes and 46 seconds. Frustrated, I decided to visit their location in person, only to find that despite wearing a mask, no staff member would engage with me. I'm genuinely worried about my urgent need to communicate with someone. It infuriates me that employees are present at the front desk yet completely ignore incoming calls. This treatment is absolutely unacceptable and unfair to patients like myself. I am thoroughly disheartened by this experience 😡😡😡

Completely unacceptable and disgraceful, being forced to wait on hold for thirty minutes just to reach a receptionist while dealing with a medical concern is utterly ridiculous. I'm definitively switching healthcare providers without hesitation.

Great staff but phone system needs serious help

The medical staff and reception team at this healthcare facility are truly wonderful. Nevertheless, they urgently need to address their telephone response challenges. I suspect they're operating with reduced personnel due to social distancing, but I recently endured a staggering 46-minute and 10-second wait before reaching someone. Once connected, the staff were incredibly supportive, but they must resolve their phone communication issues. Despite this, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the convenient blood testing services offered at the practice.

Friendly staff and quick care at oakfield health centre

I signed up with Oakfield Health Centre approximately four weeks ago. The reception team were incredibly supportive and professional, and the nurse who conducted my health screening blood tests was wonderfully warm, communicating in a manner that instantly made me feel comfortable. My initial consultation regarding a breast concern was understandably anxiety-inducing. However, the doctor was exceptionally compassionate, speaking to me with genuine care and helping to calm my nerves. His prompt referral to the breast clinic at Darent Valley hospital was impressive, and I was seen within a mere 10 days, with ultimately reassuring results. I'm truly delighted that I selected this GP practice after relocating from London to Gravesend. The only slight drawback is the somewhat lengthy wait times when trying to reach someone by phone, particularly during morning hours. Nevertheless, once contact is established, the staff remain consistently helpful and courteous.

Terrible medical practice with dangerous negligent staff

I've made multiple attempts to reach out to this medical practice via email and other means, but to no avail. It's absolutely unacceptable that if you entrust your healthcare to these incompetent physicians, you'll find yourself with zero resolution for your medical concerns. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS! Your health is paramount, yet in the hands of this practice, you risk becoming severely ill or potentially facing fatal consequences! It's truly disheartening that during the time when Dr. Harris was affiliated with this clinic, it was a reputable establishment, but it has since deteriorated dramatically!!!

I received a letter requesting an appointment and attempted to schedule it on multiple occasions without success. Today, I made another attempt, but after enduring nearly 21 minutes of a poor-quality, static-filled recorded message, the call abruptly disconnected. This is what they call customer service? I'm throwing in the towel.
