Frustrating medical experience with unhelpful staff

Not pleased. Living with mental health challenges, I've finally been persuaded by others to seek professional assistance. Given my solitary lifestyle, mustering the motivation to venture outside for anything beyond basic necessities is a constant struggle. After summoning considerable effort to schedule a doctor's appointment, I anticipated respectful treatment. My expectations were swiftly shattered. While walking past the medical practice en route to a grocery store, I attempted to arrange an appointment in person. Surprisingly, I was instructed to telephone instead. 1) Despite repeatedly explaining my phone call phobia to this surgery, they seemed indifferent. 2) I was physically present in their office! The absurdity of being told to phone while standing right there was mind-boggling. Subsequently. During a return call with a physician (whose name escapes me), I began discussing my mental health concerns, only to be abruptly dismissed and redirected to "healthy minds". A service I'd previously found entirely ineffective - a point I had already communicated during our initial conversation. I intended to discuss additional physical health matters, but was cut short the moment mental health was mentioned. Consequently, I'll be exploring alternative medical practices in the area, as this experience represents yet another frustrating episode in my long history of healthcare disappointments.

Completely worthless without a single redeeming quality. They flat-out refused my request to switch to a nearer medical practice, offering no legitimate justification beyond the fact that I'm already residing in Aylesbury. Their attitude was incredibly dismissive, condescending, and obstructive. I'm definitely proceeding with filing an official grievance.

Terrible experience. The staff appears clueless and unable to provide clear information about their testing procedures. They consistently fail to honor scheduled appointment times, often calling hours late with no acknowledgment of their tardiness. If alternative options were available, I would gladly switch, but I'm unfortunately limited to this facility. Additionally, they show complete disregard for COVID safety protocols, with no observable social distancing measures in place.

Terrible service putting my sick child at risk

Securing an urgent consultation seemed utterly impossible, even for my toddler under two, battling a severe, loud cough and running a high 40-degree fever... Dr. Sajid Zaib casually diagnosed the condition over the phone, dismissing it as a typical viral infection and recommending only Calpol, insisting that viral patients don't require in-person examination! We ultimately had to rush to the hospital that same night, where they prescribed antibiotics after discovering an actual chest infection. The medical staff at this practice demonstrate an extremely arrogant, cold demeanor and provide absolutely no meaningful assistance whatsoever.

My 5-year-old child developed a severe respiratory infection requiring hospitalization and antibiotic treatment immediately following an appointment with dr Chakraborty, who displayed a dismissive attitude and conducted an inadequate examination before discharging us with only calpol... Dangerous doctors hiding behind helpful nursing staff

I was a patient at this medical practice for nearly 16 years before relocating, and only now have I realized how substandard Oakfield surgery truly is, especially when compared to healthcare providers who genuinely prioritize patient care. The nursing staff are commendable, but the doctors are shockingly unprofessional. Their communication is abysmal - test results are withheld unless patients persistently follow up. They seem to provide continuity of care only when they fear potential legal repercussions. Their default response is to shift blame, such as when they attempted to hold me responsible for a potentially dangerous prescription error that could have resulted in a harmful double medication dose. They routinely dismiss patient symptoms and then have the audacity to send letters criticizing the patient's conduct. Most egregiously, this is the same practice that once sent a patient home with mere aspirin advice, who tragically died from a heart attack that very afternoon. My unequivocal recommendation is to steer clear of this medical practice at all costs.

She was thorough and unhurried during our consultation. The practice's phone lines are consistently accessible. I'm aware there are two female doctors here, and both are exceptional and personable. I appreciate the digital check-in system, though I suggest adding hand sanitizer nearby to minimize germ transmission. Generally, I'm satisfied with the medical practice's care. Additionally, the nurse I interacted with was equally pleasant and professional.
