Unprofessional doctor ruins years of patient care

Extremely Disrespectful Physician. After being a long-time patient at this practice for three decades, I was forced to depart due to Dr. Sharma's behavior. Since Dr. Hazra's departure, she has made my experience miserable. Dr. Sharma desperately needs to improve her communication skills and patient interaction. It appears that her primary concern is cutting costs, even if it compromises patient well-being.

Worst phlebotomy experience ever terrible service

The blood drawing services are absolutely unacceptable - the technician present on June 10th, 2020 displayed a complete lack of professionalism by not even introducing herself - she rudely commented on my tardiness, mentioning the courier's wait, despite the fact that I had already waited 45 minutes after scheduling an appointment - furthermore, she proved incompetent and unable to draw blood, even though I have clearly visible veins - this individual desperately requires additional support and comprehensive training

Worst doctor ever avoid at all costs

I consulted Dr Hazra recently, and he's completely ineffective as a medical professional. He pays zero attention when you're speaking, appears totally disengaged, and bizarrely asks you to diagnose yourself (which defeats the entire purpose of seeing a doctor). He laboriously pecks at his keyboard with a single finger, creating awkward silences, and if you attempt to interject with a question, he imperiously raises his hand to shut you down. It's astonishing that someone this unprofessional remains employed in healthcare!

Terrible healthcare service with zero customer support

This is an absolute nightmare. For a quarter of a year, I've been unable to obtain my standard thyroid prescription, which I've been taking for half a decade. They continuously redirect me to Boots with no resolution. ABSOLUTE CHAOS!!!!!!! Moreover, scheduling a consultation is completely futile. Ms. SALLY is hostile and discourteous!!! Attempting to book an alternate date is pointless, and there are simply no available slots whatsoever!

Persistent medical office harassing wrong patient number

I'm constantly bombarded with calls from this "Surgery" on my mobile phone. I've repeatedly clarified that I'm located far from their area, have no scheduled appointments they claim I've missed, and definitely haven't skipped any medical visits. I've explicitly requested they remove my contact information and cease calling me. They seem to have mixed up my number with another patient's, yet continue sending appointment reminders. My residence is approximately 50 miles away from their location. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I need something to be done. I've already blocked their number, but they persist in sending text messages despite my previous requests to their staff to stop. The whole scenario seems suspicious - could this potentially be a scam?
