Clinic's scheduling is a total nightmare
If I could award negative ratings, I absolutely would. Without fail, we're left waiting a minimum of half an hour for appointments And that's assuming we even secure one at all. For every single concern, you're forced to send messages and make phone calls. Even through their Klinik platform, responses aren't guaranteed. I'm genuinely baffled how this operation continues to exist, yet somehow it does. You're compelled to pursue and follow up on EVERY single appointment, letter, prescription, diagnosis - ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING.

The staff were incredibly discourteous and rigidly adhered to protocol. The requirement to have your partner present to grant consent is absurd and completely unprecedented. I've never encountered such a ridiculous policy before. What an utterly ridiculous situation!

Frustrating wait for steroid prescription
I contacted the doctor's office on December 28th to check if an email regarding steroids from my consultant had arrived, as I was experiencing severe throat inflammation spreading to my ear. The receptionist confirmed the email and said a prescription would be sent to the pharmacy. Typically, this would be processed by Friday. I attempted to call later but couldn't get through. When I finally reached them on Saturday, they informed me no prescription had been sent. I'm extremely frustrated because I urgently need this medication. Now I'm forced to wait until January 3rd to follow up and understand why the prescription wasn't forwarded to the chemist, despite them having three full days (December 28th, 29th, and 30th) to send it.

Racist receptionists turned me away
An absolute disaster of a medical practice. Getting an appointment is virtually impossible. The reception staff are unprofessional, giggling among themselves and showing zero concern for patients. Moreover, they display blatant discriminatory behavior! While waiting in line, I witnessed clear racial prejudice when the receptionist claimed there was no availability for me, yet immediately accommodated an English patient after me, making the preferential treatment glaringly obvious.

Long wait and zero compassion
Arrived 50 minutes past my scheduled appointment, with the receptionist claiming delays due to patient care. However, we observed her taking a break, and it wasn't until another patient complained that she reluctantly returned to work. The actual consultation lasted a mere 2 minutes, during which I was simply redirected to get blood tests elsewhere. Even more disturbing, I witnessed the receptionist denying an appointment to a severely ill patient who had been hospitalized, with doctors refusing to see him. This treatment of people is absolutely unacceptable and inhumane.

Worst surgery for a first-time mom
I've been registered with this medical practice for 18 months, and getting an appointment or prescription has been impossible. The sole occasion I managed an appointment was through a remote consultation with an Irish-based web doctor who refused to speak with me without seeing my passport, forcing me to visit the emergency room. When I phoned to inform them about my first pregnancy, their response was dismissive: "We no longer handle pregnant patients" and they simply directed me to complete an online form. My midwife attempted to send a prescription to the surgery and even called to verify its status, only to be told that I'm not even registered as a patient and they have no record of me. The staff member seemed indifferent and appeared almost entertained by the situation. The level of unprofessionalism is shocking, and their complete lack of compassion is appalling.

Absolutely abysmal customer support. Endured a grueling 40-minute phone queue after unsuccessfully attempting to use their online e-consult platform, only to be ironically told to utilize the very same e-consult service that had failed me. They proceeded to misrecord my address for the third time, despite me previously correcting their error, and then scheduled a video consultation with a physician that was plagued by constant connection interruptions.

Tonight, I reached out to the surgery just before closing time to inquire about sending a picture of my toddler's nail. I transmitted the image, and remarkably, a physician called me back within thirty minutes, even after standard office hours, to discuss the photo. This establishment is certainly a strong contender for the worst service I've encountered. I reached out for consultation and received zero response. Despite having a scheduled appointment at 9:00, I was still waiting at 9:45. Their constant excuse of COVID is getting old - even after lockdown ended, they continued to operate with reduced capacity and hide behind pandemic protocols. If you're thinking of trying to book an appointment here, save yourself the frustration - it's completely ridiculous.

Terrible care led to hospital visit
Absolutely terrible medical experience from start to finish. Attempting to get my daughter's prescription renewed has been a nightmare, and their communication is abysmal.
