Patient Experience Summary

Feedback reveals a practice with significant operational challenges alongside pockets of positive care experiences. Appointment access remains a persistent concern, with patients reporting difficulties securing bookings through phone and online systems, extended waiting times exceeding 30 minutes, and communication failures around appointment confirmations. Reception experience emerges as a key issue, with multiple accounts of discourteous staff, unresponsive phone lines, and administrative barriers to accessing care. Patients describe challenges with prescription processing, delayed responses to clinical requests, and inconsistent application of booking procedures.

Conversely, several patients commend the clinical team for compassionate and professional care, noting efficient triage systems, same-day appointment availability in some cases, and responsive out-of-hours support. The contemporary practice environment and welcoming demeanor of certain staff members are highlighted positively. However, these strengths are substantially undermined by systemic issues around appointment availability, communication responsiveness, and reception staff courtesy. The practice appears to struggle with managing patient flow and maintaining consistent service standards, with particular friction between administrative processes and patient expectations around access and respect.

Wasted hours waiting for push doctor

After a grueling three-month struggle to secure a consultation, I finally managed to book an appointment through Push Doctor, only to be left waiting for over an hour and a half, with 40 minutes spent in the queue, ultimately resulting in absolutely no resolution.

Dismissive doctor left me worse off

Getting medical help here is a complete farce. Attempting to connect with a physician regarding my mental health has been incredibly challenging. When I finally managed to speak with a doctor, my anxiety immediately escalated, leading to a full-blown panic attack. The doctor's response? Simply stating "we'll stop here for now" and making no effort to provide any comfort or support. They seemed more interested in ending the call quickly than addressing my distress. This kind of callous treatment makes it painfully clear why so many individuals struggle with mental health - when even medical professionals display such a shocking lack of empathy, it's no wonder people feel utterly hopeless and unsupported.

Frustrating doctor's appointment nightmare

Received a text notification prompting a doctor's visit, only to discover it was an erroneous message. Attempted to reschedule by calling repeatedly—56 times, in fact—but eventually abandoned the effort. Proceeded to complete an online consultation form, which has now been pending for over a week without any feedback. My assessment is that the healthcare facility is experiencing significant strain and appears understaffed.

Rude receptionist ruined my whole experience

The customer service representative who called me was extremely discourteous when I simply sought clarification, which demonstrates a complete lack of professional service. I strongly advise anyone considering this medical practice to select an alternative provider. If you're skeptical about my experience, I recommend examining the additional customer feedback available.

Frustrating wait during a tough health moment

Following the heart-wrenching diagnosis, I attempted to schedule a consultation about potential treatment options, only to be informed by the front desk staff that I must complete an online consultation form. This process is incredibly frustrating and impersonal. Where has the human touch and empathy in healthcare gone?

Bad!

Mixed care from unhelpful receptionists

Despite the medical team being compassionate and highly skilled, the same level of professionalism cannot be attributed to certain reception staff members. My wife requires monthly blood tests due to her disability, and each time we contact to schedule, we're subjected to an interrogation about the necessity, purpose, and origin of these tests. We consistently explain that the hospital initiated these tests five years ago, yet we're repeatedly told the hospital should arrange them, not the surgery. They seem unable to comprehend that the hospital has specifically requested these tests through the surgery. Moreover, staff have even questioned the validity of my wife's diagnosed condition, suggesting a lack of basic system knowledge. All the information they repeatedly demand is readily available in their records. The reception staff need to understand their role is to facilitate patient care, not to act as medical gatekeepers deciding who is worthy of medical attention.

Terrible phone service and rude staff

This medical procedure is absolutely terrible! They make unrealistic commitments during phone consultations, pledging to follow up and then completely fail to do so. The front desk staff are incredibly discourteous and uninformed!

Quick help from dr lendon

Despite the challenges faced by healthcare providers these days, I appreciate how the e-consultation system functions effectively. When seeking an appointment, you're consistently assured a triage call from a paramedic. The new physician, Dr. Lendon, is particularly compassionate and supportive. The receptionists often endure unfair criticism, typically stemming from patients' impatience - it's not their fault that someone ahead in the queue might require additional attention. Considering the current difficult circumstances, they collectively manage to provide commendable service.

Endless waiting and zero communication

The phone remains perpetually unanswered despite being first in line, with endless ringing. Their online e-consult system for sick notes is completely non-functional. When you finally secure an appointment, you're guaranteed to wait a minimum of half an hour beyond the scheduled time, yet if you arrive just two minutes late, your appointment is summarily canceled. Any attempts to voice concerns are dismissively ignored. This practice represents a dramatic decline from their previously outstanding service standards.

Frustrating wait for a dismissive doctor

Doctor informed my father about a neck lump in a gland... a gland a surgeon had previously extracted last year... completely lost trust after a four-week wait just to be told "well done, good job" for detecting a gland that was already surgically removed. Shaking my head in disbelief.
