Patient Experience Summary

Feedback on this practice reflects a mixed picture with significant variation in patient experience. Appointment booking emerges as a persistent challenge, with patients reporting difficulties securing consultations, unresponsive callback systems, and unreliable online platforms. Reception experience is similarly polarised, with some patients praising courteous and supportive staff while others describe dismissive, rude, and unprofessional conduct. Communication inconsistencies are frequently cited, including contradictory information between different staff members and poor follow-up on test results and referrals.

Clinical care receives more consistent positive feedback, with many patients appreciating the professional expertise and compassionate approach of doctors and nursing staff. However, concerns about waiting times, long phone hold periods, and the practice's organisational systems persist across multiple reviews. Patients also note variability in service quality depending on which staff member they encounter, suggesting inconsistent standards across the team.

The practice environment is generally described as clean and well-maintained. Overall, while individual clinical professionals are frequently commended for their dedication and care, systemic issues around appointment accessibility, reception courtesy, communication clarity, and operational responsiveness require attention to improve the patient experience.

Bad!

Unprofessional staff putting patients at serious risk

The quality of service continues to decline... During my recent visit, I was shocked to see a mere child manning the reception desk, utterly unqualified to assist an elderly woman with a basic inquiry. Moreover, one of the staff members, an Asian woman, displayed an alarmingly harsh demeanor towards patients. It's truly disgraceful how these individuals seem to carelessly handle matters that directly impact patients' well-being and safety.

Bad!

Worst medical experience ever unprofessional doctor

Completely useless medical professionals, I struggled to secure an appointment after waiting two months with a new physician. He appeared unprofessional and lacking proper medical demeanor. The doctor became inexplicably hostile towards me without any justification. When I confronted him about his inappropriate conduct, he rudely suggested I never schedule another consultation with him. His treatment left me deeply distressed and frustrated with the entire experience.

Terrible service puts vulnerable patients at risk

Terrible medical procedure, and if I were closer, I'd definitely seek an alternative for my mother. I've wasted nearly an hour on hold, trying to explain to an incompetent employee that my elderly mother lacks the technological skills to navigate an online booking platform, rendering it completely useless for her. This is the inevitable result of hiring poorly compensated staff who seem more interested in chatting and browsing the internet than actually addressing customer concerns.

Bad!

Worst medical experience ever terrible healthcare service

Completely useless medical staff and front desk personnel. They're all incredibly discourteous and unprofessional. They consistently fail to respond, and when they do, you're lucky to get an appointment scheduled within a week. Dr. al qazi is notorious for asking patients what medication they want instead of professionally recommending appropriate treatment. They'll readily prescribe methadone simply because a patient requests it.

Bad!

Terrible service and impossible to get appointments

Scheduling an appointment here is incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple attempts through their online booking system, we've received zero callback responses. Any communication attempts are redirected to a pharmacist or healthcare center. The reception staff are consistently dismissive and impolite. Securing an in-person consultation seems completely impossible.

Bad!

Unprofessional doctor who misunderstood my health needs

Attempted to remove me from my long-standing prescription and falsely claimed I struggled with alcohol abuse, which is completely untrue. Their conduct was absolutely appalling.
