Worst medical experience of my entire life

Utterly disgraceful general practitioner who completely failed to comprehend my medical concern, stubbornly clinging to her uninformed perspective and summarily disregarding my legitimate complaint. Without doubt the most incompetent GP I've encountered in half a century. This experience perfectly illustrates why I seldom seek medical attention - the National Health Service is riddled with apathetic, substandard doctors (precisely like her) who merely occupy community clinics, collect their paycheck, and demonstrate absolute indifference to patient welfare!

The staff here are consistently supportive, and particularly the young lady is just delightful. She's undoubtedly the most courteous and charming individual I've encountered. Her empathy and understanding are remarkable, and I truly believe she isn't appreciated enough for her exceptional work and attitude.

The reception here is consistently friendly. Although standard consultations might have a bit of a wait, urgent appointments can typically be arranged quickly. Medication ordering and collection is convenient. The medical staff, including doctors and nurses, are compassionate and understanding. The front desk team is equally hospitable. I consider this to be among the top medical practices I've encountered. The sole minor irritation is the nearby school, with parents occasionally using the parking area. While this only happens briefly, it can become somewhat annoying.

Recently, when we required more extensive assistance than ever before, we can genuinely affirm that their compassionate support for my spouse and myself has far surpassed our expectations, particularly during these challenging circumstances. We are profoundly thankful to every single member of their remarkable team.

Worst healthcare experience ever terrible service

What a truly dreadful medical practice, utterly undeserving of the salary they collect from the National Health Service. It takes three weeks just to secure a consultation, with zero provision for urgent cases, and patients are simply redirected to call 111. It's no surprise that emergency departments are overwhelmed when primary care is collapsing so comprehensively. As for the front desk staff, the receptionist was completely ineffective and unhelpful.
