Terrible customer service from unprofessional medical practice

After attempting to schedule an appointment online with no reply, I had to personally secure a slot at their alternative practice. When the appointment was subsequently cancelled, they neglected to contact me and provided zero apology. Instead, they dismissively instructed me to call back the next morning at 8 am, showing complete disregard for my time and inconvenience.
