Reception staff helped with childcare during appointment

I have been a patient at this practice since birth, so for 27 years the standard of care has been excellent! However, today I attended with my young child who is 5 months old and I was attending alone. I needed to go in for a personal appointment and was concerned about how my child would manage during this time, however, the receptionist was absolutely wonderful and looked after my child while I was being seen. They ensured my child was comfortable and content, providing reassurance and attention throughout. I am very grateful for the level of care shown not only to me but to my family as well.

The practice has been extremely disappointing. Availability for appointments is very limited, and the clinical assessments provided have not been satisfactory. My family member experienced serious health complications that required hospital admission on multiple occasions, which I felt could have been prevented with better care. This experience has left me feeling let down by the service received.
