I've been receiving medical care at this practice for nearly a decade. Previously, their patient service was standard for a medical clinic. Now, it's truly exceptional. Terrible service and endless waiting at clinic
I've been stuck in the waiting room for an entire hour. Despite arriving precisely at my scheduled time, there's been zero acknowledgment from either the receptionist or the doctor. Supposedly, the physician is significantly delayed. If you can't accommodate patients, then stop booking appointments altogether. We have responsibilities and limited time to waste sitting around in a medical office! This general practice is completely unacceptable and shows absolutely no respect for patients' schedules!

What an outstanding healthcare facility. I scheduled a consultation with the doctor through their digital app with ease. The booking process was swift, and upon arrival, my wait time was minimal. They promptly arranged an x-ray on the same day, which was equally efficient - I completed the imaging in just a quarter of an hour. The medical team communicated my test results the very next day and promptly scheduled physiotherapy for the subsequent working day. The entire experience was seamless and impressively rapid. Since joining this practice several years ago, I've consistently received exceptional care without a single complaint. Spent the entire day attempting to schedule a medical consultation for my sick toddler, but not a single call was picked up. Truly, if this represents the pinnacle of NHS service, I'm seriously considering switching to private healthcare. The level of responsiveness is completely unacceptable, especially given the monthly contributions we're required to make!!

Battling a persistent sore throat for several days, I exhausted all available pharmacy treatments and resorted to an online consultation request. The website promised a response within 1-2 hours, yet four hours passed with no communication. The practice had already closed for half a day. While I understand the current healthcare challenges through my NHS work, there's absolutely no justification for disregarding patients who have proactively sought help to reduce medical system strain. I'm thoroughly disappointed. It's clear why general practitioners are receiving negative media coverage. Having been registered with this practice since its inception, this isn't the first instance my family has encountered problematic interactions with dismissive staff and unresponsive doctors. Although alternative local practices aren't significantly better, I'm reluctantly resigned to staying with this familiar, albeit frustrating, healthcare provider.

Though they haven't been perfect - and who is? - they demonstrate genuine integrity by acknowledging mistakes and learning from them. Booking and managing appointments couldn't be easier, with convenient online options like Patient Access and the 'My GP' mobile app. Appointments are readily available, and urgent cases can often secure same-day slots by calling after 8.00 am. Prescription management is seamless, with medications efficiently processed and typically ready for collection at the pharmacy within 48 hours. I'm consistently impressed by the healthcare professionals' commitment to patient care. They genuinely prioritize our health and well-being.
