The receptionist at this place is incredibly arrogant, acting like they're more knowledgeable than medical professionals. When I tried to schedule a doctor's appointment, they were dismissive and refused to either book me in or even return my call. Their attitude was completely unprofessional and unhelpful.

Terrible service with racist undertones at office

I'm absolutely stunned by the unprofessional behavior of their employees! It's mind-boggling that during my recent visit to fill out a form, I ended up leaving to finish it elsewhere. Shockingly, they had the audacity to contact me just to interrogate me about a pen, questioning whether I had taken it with me. This treatment felt particularly discriminatory, especially considering their obvious awareness of my foreign background! The entire interaction reeked of blatant racism.

Robotic phone system drives me crazy

The phone system is absolutely dreadful. The updated automated response now features a robotic male voice that seems intentionally designed to be as cold and uninviting as humanly possible. Moreover, they provide zero indication of your position in the queue, forcing you to remain tethered to the phone while enduring an incredibly unpleasant, anxiety-inducing background soundtrack. The entire interaction is profoundly unsettling. Staff at the reception vary in demeanor, occasionally appearing irritable, though I recognize that their work environment is likely challenging.

The service was absolutely terrible. I phoned on my mother's behalf to schedule an appointment, and the receptionist was incredibly unprofessional. She had the audacity to ask me if my mother needed a painkiller, as if I were a medical professional. How dare she! They desperately need to replace their front desk staff if they want to improve their reputation even slightly. The current personnel are completely unacceptable.

Terrible service with zero language support

Absolutely the most terrible medical facility in Ipswich. They show zero compassion and completely refuse to assist patients who cannot communicate in English. Their excuse is that translation services are expensive and the NHS won't cover the full cost... I strongly advise anyone with limited English skills to avoid this clinic entirely.
