Terrible gp practice with zero communication skills
Unable to secure a GP appointment for an entire year - absolutely the most ineffective medical practice imaginable! 1. I reached out regarding a medical condition, hoping to discuss ongoing treatment with a doctor. After speaking with the receptionist, they responded via text with a chat link. I comprehensively shared my details, including photographic evidence, yet received zero response. 2. My wife experienced serious postpartum menstrual complications, causing significant worry. Their solution? A GP appointment scheduled three weeks out! 3. Having relocated from abroad, we ensured our daughter's vaccinations were completed and presented her official documentation when requested. Inexplicably, two weeks later we received a notice claiming she was unvaccinated and demanding we appear at the GP. We repeatedly demonstrated her full vaccination record, they copied it, yet continue sending missed vaccination warnings. 4. When seeking triage services, they immediately redirected us to a walk-in clinic. 5. During the past fortnight, phone contact has been impossible - despite being "first in queue" and waiting fifteen minutes. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this practice to anyone. Throughout the past year, they've been completely useless when medical assistance was critically needed...

They've each received immediate, in-person consultations with a doctor, and both physicians have scheduled subsequent check-ups. My 86 and 88-year-old parents are thoroughly delighted with the care they've experienced 😀

I must express that I've been a patient at the Orchard surgery for approximately 6 years, and my experiences have consistently been excellent. The staff are incredibly accommodating, consistently prompt in their communication, and in nearly all cases, they've managed to schedule me an appointment without delay. Since having my child, they've been particularly supportive, always finding space for us when necessary. I genuinely cannot find a single criticism about this medical practice.

Terrible pharmacy service with constant prescription errors
The prescription handling at this pharmacy is riddled with inaccuracies and problems. Their staff consistently deflects responsibility for errors, preferring to point fingers at doctors rather than acknowledging their own administrative mistakes. When pharmacy requests are submitted, they are routinely rejected without any substantive explanation. Their excuse typically revolves around limited staffing, claiming employees only work part-time or that temporary workers are handling prescription requests. It appears there are absolutely no structured protocols to guarantee accurate and efficient task completion. What's most infuriating is the complete lack of genuine accountability - they merely promise to resolve issues without providing any concrete timeline for resolution. Their operational standards are completely unacceptable. They desperately need to implement proper staff accountability and thoroughly review their procedures to dramatically reduce the frequency of these ongoing errors.
