Those who lack English skills or internet proficiency are essentially condemned, with all standard medical consultation routes now blocked. Whenever you visit the general practitioner, they offer zero practical assistance. Their sole task of patient intake now consists of simply instructing you to go online and schedule an appointment. These 6 staff members are essentially collecting salaries just to redirect patients to digital booking systems. These regulations are completely senseless and designed exclusively to benefit the clinic's staff convenience. The situation is utterly deplorable.

My encounter with this general practitioner has been consistently disappointing. When I needed a medical letter for my university due to being bedridden for nearly two weeks, they were incredibly reluctant to support me. They initially proposed an exemption for just a single day, as if I were making an unreasonable request. After paying £15 for the documentation, I had to wait a staggering six weeks before receiving the letter, and even then, they were unwilling to include the specific dates I required. Their attitude seems deliberately obstructive, and I cannot comprehend why they appear so antagonistic towards their patients. Furthermore, we have been waiting an unacceptable four months for an appointment, while my partner suffers from severe, debilitating pain. Despite the urgency, they have been unable to arrange a critical scan. I am now extremely hesitant to seek any medical assistance from this surgery, given their consistently poor and unhelpful approach to patient care.

Some reception staff members, particularly the older, shorter, and heavier-set women, display an incredibly discourteous attitude. It seems their colleagues are well aware of their problematic demeanor. They consistently demonstrate a lack of helpfulness, failing to listen attentively and showing minimal respect towards elderly international visitors. When confronted with their mistakes or errors in scheduling, they resort to raising their voices defensively. I sincerely hope these disrespectful employees will soon depart from the practice.

Terrible medical care for my sick child
Absolute nightmare of a medical practice. Spent two months trying to get help for my son's sinus infection, only to be dismissed with a diagnosis of rhinitis and no antibiotics. Taking matters into my own hands, I arranged for a sample to be sent off. With my son's temperature reaching 40.2 and his condition worsening on a Saturday, I was forced to rely on the 111 service. Come Monday, I'll be filing a complaint with their management and switching to a surgery that actually listens to concerned parents who understand infections better than their medical staff. The initial sample revealed a bug, and they finally prescribed a week's worth of antibiotics. However, my son didn't improve and became extremely ill again. His mother took him back, explaining the situation, but they still refused antibiotics. Knowing the infection persisted, we demanded another sample. After waiting five more days, the laboratory results confirmed an infection - this time with three different bugs. This surgery clearly has no understanding of parental concerns or medical expertise. I've proven them wrong on two separate occasions, demonstrating that my son did indeed have infections when multiple doctors claimed otherwise. Their delays in first and second treatments are unacceptable. If anything happens to my child, they will be held responsible.
