Absolutely delighted with the service, I signed up online on Sunday and was promptly added to their system by Monday, quickly securing a telephone consultation with a doctor. The experience was exceptionally positive, with Dr Fernandez providing excellent communication and scheduling an in-person appointment for me. Although I can't remember the specific GP I saw, he was thoroughly professional, listened attentively to my concerns, and left me thoroughly satisfied. Compared to my previous healthcare provider, this first appointment was significantly superior.

Incompetent doctor with dangerous medical advice

Dr. Disha Sinha failed to provide evidence-based medical care, instead opting for herbal treatments when scientific approaches were expected. Unsurprisingly, after these alternative remedies proved ineffective, she then recommended a medication that has been removed from the market. As a result, my wife's condition remains unchanged, and she continues to endure her symptoms. This entire medical encounter has been completely unproductive and frustrating.

Terrible service and rude staff at medical practice

The reception staff at this medical practice are a significant weak point, with some employees displaying an appalling attitude towards patients. While the doctors and nurses are pleasant, the front desk personnel consistently undermine the quality of service. On one frustrating occasion, I received a letter about my daughter's vaccinations, only to waste an hour waiting before being abruptly informed the invitation was sent erroneously. Another time, I waited over an hour to see my doctor, who claimed reception hadn't even notified her of my arrival. In a separate incident, I was summoned to collect medical documents, but upon arrival, was told the office was closed for staff training and my documents would not be released. When I attempted to lodge a complaint about these repeated issues, the receptionist's response was shockingly unprofessional. To make matters worse, I overheard her disparaging me in the back office, which was utterly unacceptable. The lack of basic courtesy and communication from certain staff members is deeply concerning and significantly detracts from the overall patient experience.
