I need to say how rude some of the receptionists are. The ones who don’t answer the phone in a polite manner especially. Number 2 in the queue on a Friday afternoon but still waited for 10 minutes. Was then ‘greeted’ by ‘Can I have your date of birth?’ I was calling for my partner so understand that I can’t have confidential information but I was just asking if a prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. I was told that without the names of all items she couldn’t help. She also wouldn’t be able to see if it had been sent. All incorrect! I have also been told that I couldn’t make an appointment for a family member. No reason. Just policy and procedure. Abysmal service

Tricky location switch for my appointment
Group Practice has merged with the Rawling Road Practice. It's crucial to confirm the location of your appointment, as you might schedule at Oxford Terrace but actually be treated at the Rawling Road site. There is no designated parking area, and street parking is extremely scarce.
