Scheduling a medical consultation here is an absolute nightmare! The receptionist staff subjects you to an invasive interrogation, and by the time you actually manage to secure an appointment, your health condition will have completely deteriorated!!!!

Rushed and rude visit with doctor Pesevska

I contacted the medical practice to schedule a consultation, and the receptionist inquired about a few details before stating I could see a physician immediately. I promptly went in and met with Dr. Pesevska. When I described my medical concern, she was extremely curt and informed me that this slot was reserved strictly for emergencies. I had simply requested a standard appointment through the receptionist. She spoke condescendingly and appeared completely disinterested in my explanation. By the conclusion of the consultation, I was thoroughly distressed. Her dismissive attitude was evident even before conducting any examination. In future medical visits, I intend to bring a companion with me. I would appreciate confirmation that this complaint has been reviewed.

Quick 8am slot at parc cental

I seldom visit the Parc Canol medical center and was anticipating a challenging experience trying to secure a timeslot during the peak morning period, potentially being scheduled for a distant date based on previous discouraging stories. However, my actual encounter was remarkably different and thoroughly satisfactory, as I consulted with the physician within two hours of my initial contact. Admittedly, I did spend some time waiting in the telephone queue, but this is commonplace for many services dealing with high call volumes, so hardly a surprising inconvenience. The personnel were exceptionally supportive and professional throughout the process.

Turned away after battling rush hour traffic

I was turned away from my medical appointment because I arrived 5 minutes past the scheduled time. Despite being delayed by heavy end-of-day traffic and waiting on hold for 10 minutes, the nurse had already closed up for the day and refused to see me. As a result, I'm now forced to reschedule my crucial smear test for an entire month later. The healthcare staff's attitude appears somewhat indifferent and unprofessional, especially considering I had specifically reorganized my work commitments to make this appointment during peak traffic hours.

Nightmare at the surgery this morning

I'm beyond furious and can't even bring myself to give a single star rating!!! The receptionists' attitude is utterly appalling, constantly deflecting responsibility. I absolutely dread contacting this surgery, particularly because I'm never considered sick enough to be seen. This morning, it took me 136 attempts to get through, only to be told no appointments were available. A completely unqualified receptionist with zero medical credentials suggested I had tonsillitis and recommended seeing a pharmacist at a different surgery for antibiotics. When I explained I needed to see a doctor for other critical reasons, I was dismissively told to call back tomorrow! The phone lines opened at 8:02am, and by 8:07am, all doctor slots were gone??? I have an ongoing medical condition requiring constant consultant and GP reviews, and their own voice message clearly states patients don't need to disclose their specific medical needs. Why would I want to share my PRIVATE medical information with a rude, unhelpful employee who's just going to brush me off to another surgery and pharmacist?!?! I'm certain they'd have a completely different approach if the receptionists themselves were sick and desperately needed medical attention!

Worst doctors who never follow through

Completely awful, stay away. I've been dealing with this medical practice for around 12 months regarding my digestive issues, and they've accomplished absolutely nothing. They constantly make promises about potential treatments, but never follow through. Their service is deplorable, and I strongly advise against registering with this clinic.

Terrible wait times and rude receptionists

What an absolute disaster, given that this is a taxpayer-funded service, the leadership at this medical center should have been dismissed ages ago. The front desk staff are discourteous and obstructive, constantly trying to deflect patients to pharmacies instead of arranging doctor consultations. If you manage to secure an appointment within a week of falling ill, you've hit the jackpot. The quality of service remains unchanged over a decade, despite perpetually operating under emergency protocols. I attempted to lodge a complaint with the manager, only to discover she was present just two days per week, which perfectly illustrates the abysmal standard of care. Why are we forced to tolerate such substandard treatment?

Frustrating process with empty waiting room

Getting an appointment here is impossible without first consulting a nurse, and despite always claiming to be fully booked, the clinic seems empty. Their e-consult system is completely useless, as it redirects you to a hospital for even the slightest symptoms or if you're feeling unwell. It's marketed as a way to schedule an appointment, but in reality, they just reject every booking attempt.
