Unhelpful surgery with zero medical support

The front desk staff are completely unhelpful, acting like they have medical expertise when they simply push every patient to the pharmacy, regardless of symptom severity. I've reached out to this medical practice three times about the same issue, and each time they just redirect me to the pharmacy, who never even bother to reply. It's absolutely terrible service.

Excellent healthcare with friendly and efficient service

Upon relocating to this area, I became a patient at this medical practice a short while back, and they've been absolutely superb. The registration process was incredibly smooth and straightforward. There was a minor hiccup regarding my repeat prescription, but they promptly scheduled an appointment to address and resolve the issue. I've required several doctor consultations due to a severe infection, and the practice has been outstanding - securing appointments was effortless, and they swiftly arranged a specialist referral when necessary. I understand the surgery is currently undergoing renovations, so the external appearance doesn't reflect the quality of service. Based on my personal experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

I repeatedly visited their office regarding my travel immunizations, and absolutely no progress was made until I escalated the matter to the practice manager - and this was three weeks after my first request! My strong recommendation is to avoid this healthcare facility entirely.

Rude nurse ruins vaccine appointment for worried parents

Hello. Today, my wife, our little girl, and I visited the clinic for her 1-year-old vaccination. We were attended to by a nurse named OLU, who displayed an extremely unprofessional and discourteous demeanor. When we inquired about the vaccine, mentioning our daughter's slight cough, she responded abruptly, demanding to know if we consented to the vaccination. I confirmed our agreement, but when my wife asked about potential complications with the cough, the nurse became visibly agitated and arbitrarily canceled our appointment without consultation. This appointment was scheduled for June 7, and now we've arrived only to find ourselves turned away, leaving our daughter unvaccinated, simply because I asked two legitimate questions! Upon approaching the reception to request an alternative nurse, we were informed they had only one staff member. We are thoroughly disheartened by the clinic's substandard service, and we know we're not alone in our frustration. I want this message to reach the clinic's management, hoping they will address and rectify their staff's inappropriate patient treatment. The service was unacceptably poor, and we are seriously contemplating transferring to another healthcare facility. Have a good day.

Terrible service and pointless front desk staff

The front desk staff is completely unhelpful when it comes to scheduling appointments. When I arrived in person, they insisted I return home and book via phone, which is utterly ridiculous. Moreover, we're now required to use a digital check-in pad, making me question the purpose of having receptionists at all if they're unable to perform basic tasks.

Worst medical experience ever terrible service

If I could give zero stars, I would. Booking an appointment is impossible due to the terrible reception staff. They require you to self-certify for 7 days before requesting a sick note, and then demand another 7-day wait to actually receive the note. It's absurd that something as simple as checking a few boxes and signing a document takes over a week. The whole process is completely unacceptable.

Terrible medical service left me in pain

I received a text today informing me that my appointment was abruptly cancelled after waiting over a week, claiming the doctor preferred Livi for a virtual consultation. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! I've been working a physically demanding job, enduring intense pain from severe periostitis inflammation in my knee with absolutely no improvement in my condition... I had already consulted a virtual GP through Livi as recommended by the receptionist when I couldn't secure an urgent appointment.. they were utterly unhelpful, insisting I needed an in-person examination before considering more intensive treatment or physiotherapy. It is absolutely outrageous to cancel my appointment without even attempting to contact me!! Moreover... calling them today on my birthday, the receptionist was entirely unable to provide any meaningful support or offer any compensation for their error, merely suggesting I book another appointment for next week... and doing so with a dismissive and discourteous attitude. I strongly recommend AVOIDING this medical practice at all costs.

Worst pharmacy service ever experienced

I was left in a dire situation when their pharmacy staff was completely absent for over ten days. I was forced to desperately plead for my recurring medication refill before my supply ran out in just 48 hours. After waiting for half an hour, they printed my prescription but failed to properly complete it, compelling me to return and wait again. When the prescription was finally "signed" after two separate waiting periods, the staff merely scrawled a single, barely legible character on the document.

Terrible medical care leaving patient without crucial medication

My son managed to secure an appointment today, but the doctor completely disregarded his concerns. This same physician had previously contacted my son in April, indicating a liver issue and promising a referral to a specialist at Great Western Hospital. However, during today's visit, the doctor claimed no recollection of this and refused to make the referral, stating it wasn't in his notes. Additionally, my son has been left without his ADHD medication for months due to this clinic's sheer incompetence!!! I plan to file a complaint this afternoon, though I'm skeptical it will lead to any meaningful resolution since they never seem to listen!!!!

Worst healthcare experience of my miserable life

I've been attempting to engage with this medical practice for approximately a year, yet I remain without any treatment and am persistently battling increasingly severe mental and physical challenges. Booking an appointment is a constant struggle, with endless waiting times. During my most recent visit, I arrived just three minutes late due to public transportation, and after the receptionist spent over 15 minutes "consulting the doctor," I was summarily dismissed. Not a single appointment has ever involved anyone genuinely listening to my concerns, and the difficulty in securing a consultation is utterly ridiculous. This practice is fundamentally ineffective and should be completely dismantled as it is providing no meaningful assistance to patients.
