Worst medical experience ever terrible blood test clinic
I endured a month-long wait for a single blood test, and the outcome was absolutely terrible. The staff is incompetent, and the clinic is equally awful. The existing reviews speak volumes about their poor service. They never answer phone calls and always claim to be overwhelmed, acting like they're handling a hundred patients. When you arrive, nobody takes any action; they simply create chaos and pretend to be incredibly busy with each patient. I strongly recommend finding a different clinic.

Two weeks ago, my two-year-old daughter contracted chicken pox, and I tried calling the GP, spending 30-1 hours on the phone over two consecutive days. They were unable to schedule an appointment, forcing me to manage her treatment independently without medical guidance. Today, I called again, waiting 30 minutes on the phone because my daughter has a severe cough and is neither eating nor drinking. They informed me they had no available slots for medical care or Levi application. I previously attempted to use this app, which provided a prescription, but when I went to the pharmacy, they couldn't process it, claiming they needed to email the prescription. Upon calling back, they promised to arrange another appointment but then said they couldn't locate my daughter in their records. They assured me they would contact me, but never did. I cannot comprehend how the GP treats other patients if they cannot accommodate children. I am deeply saddened and disappointed, and I sincerely hope someone will consider my feedback and improve the service to ensure people can access high-quality healthcare.

Disgraceful medical facility that lacks basic compassion. I arrived punctually at 8:30 am for my scheduled appointment, only to be told I needed to make a phone call. When I explained to the receptionist that I had no phone credit, she displayed complete indifference. As a vulnerable patient, this experience was deeply distressing and further deteriorated my already fragile state. This is undoubtedly the most incompetent healthcare practice I've encountered. It seems the only way to receive any semblance of assistance is by threatening to escalate the matter to higher authorities. After multiple disappointing interactions, I have finally filed a formal complaint with the commissioner.

My grandfather had scheduled an appointment, and when he arrived, you inexplicably told him to return on the 16th, despite already having a confirmed booking. Looking to feel like a nuisance? This medical practice is perfect for you. Getting a fit note for my employer has been a nightmare. I've been waiting over three weeks, and every interaction makes me feel like an unwelcome burden. I submitted an online request supposedly to be completed within 7 days, but calling only reveals I'm one of 8000 patients they seemingly can't be bothered to help. After waiting all day on the specified date with no call, I was then told the doctor rang a landline number I've never used, despite my mobile always being my preferred contact. Now I'm expected to call at 8:30am daily, hoping to catch a GP, just for a simple COVID fit note. They even suggested my employer should independently verify my absence through my medical records - absolutely absurd. I've been with this practice nearly 30 years, and their service has consistently deteriorated. While one GP has been helpful during my gynecological issues, I'm now seriously considering switching providers. One straightforward request has been turned into an incredibly frustrating ordeal.
