Horrible service for elderly patients needing care
Absolutely worthless... I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for my elderly father for a full week. Each morning, I call at 8 and end up waiting on hold for a minimum of half an hour. Then I'm informed that all in-person appointments are fully booked and I should try again the next day. It's completely ridiculous! I have three young children to prepare for school, and I can't waste my entire morning stuck on the telephone. Their scheduling process is fundamentally broken. Walking past the medical center, I constantly notice the waiting room is completely vacant 😡

Their services have significantly enhanced over the past few years, and the staff consistently demonstrate a helpful attitude. Initially, I was uncertain about their new 'covid safe' procedures, but I quickly secured an appointment for a routine test a couple of weeks back. When I needed medical consultation last week, I called at 8am, was connected within 10 minutes, and received a doctor's callback by 10:30. The physician was incredibly supportive and hopefully resolved my medical concern. My sole reservation pertains to their morning telephone system. Although my recent issue wasn't critical, I still had to vie for attention alongside patients with potentially more pressing medical needs. It seems logical that patients with non-urgent matters should have the option to contact the practice later in the day.
