Unsatisfactory service. The phone support is abysmal, with wait times exceeding 60 minutes, and just when you finally reach a representative, the call inexplicably drops. Incredibly aggravating.

Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff

I was instructed to wear a mask even though I'm exempt and no other people were present, with the staff member safely behind a screen. They repeatedly failed to manage my prescription despite numerous phone calls and follow-ups. The entire customer service experience was incredibly disappointing and aggravating. I absolutely cannot suggest using this service to anyone.

Encountered a Receptionist with an attitude of superiority, refusing assistance unless I wore a mask, despite my exemption under official regulations. Her demeanor was particularly unhelpful, and I believe her name was 'Karen'. Extremely disappointing customer service experience.

Ridiculous booking system leaves patients without care

I've been informed that the sole method to schedule a consultation is by phone strictly between 8 and 9am on the same day. Anyone without telephone access during those precise hours is effectively prevented from securing a medical appointment. Apparently, online booking, advance scheduling, or reserving slots at any other time is impossible, as all appointments are released exclusively on the day of service. I find it hard to imagine a more inconvenient, impractical booking system. Individuals unable to make a call within that narrow window are completely shut out from seeing their healthcare provider.

Frustrating medical practice with poor communication

Attempting to contact the medical practice proved to be an exercise in futility. I endured a lengthy wait in the queue for more than thirty minutes, only to be abruptly disconnected when someone finally picked up. Upon finally establishing contact, I was instructed to submit a photograph of my leg rash through a link that was entirely non-functional. The entire experience was an absolute exercise in frustration and unproductive effort.

Absolutely ridiculous appointment scheduling for nurse consultations regarding cholesterol. No option to plan ahead; instead, you're forced to call the morning after and cross your fingers. From my past experience, I've spent 32 frustrating minutes continuously dialing, desperately trying to reach a healthcare professional when I urgently needed medical advice. Completely unacceptable!

The staff at the front desk displayed an unacceptable level of discourtesy, and I strongly advise against visiting this medical practice due to the disrespectful treatment I experienced. When I attempted to hand something to the receptionist, their demeanor was inappropriate. I am truly relieved that I decided to leave this doctor's office when I did, particularly considering this was a matter concerning my grandson.

My interactions with Park Medical Chester have been exceptional. Their digital scheduling platform allows for convenient booking of blood tests, general practitioner consultations, and telephone appointments, eliminating the need for phone calls. Oh my goodness, I phoned to inquire about my test results, and they have no clue what the outcome is. I was simply instructed to take antibiotics. Then, the receptionist claims I'm not the individual she previously spoke with... it's absolutely crazy. Who else would be calling to get my personal test results?
