I've been a patient at Park medical practice for several years, and my previous doctor, Dr Nigel Guest, was wonderful and provided great support for my health issues. Now I'm seeing Dr Khan, who is equally kind and attentive. Jade administers my B12 injections every quarter, and she's incredibly skilled at giving them - today's injection was so smooth that I barely noticed it happening. I absolutely endorse Park medical practice without hesitation 👌

Compassionate doctor helps patient through menopause journey

Dr. Sobia Khan is my physician. I want to apologize for consistently using an incorrect name, which itself demonstrates her incredible kindness and understanding. She never once corrected me about my mistake. (I'm grateful to the receptionist who ultimately brought this to my attention, though I can't specify her name.) Dr. Khan has consistently shown remarkable patience, especially during moments when menopause can leave you feeling emotionally depleted and not quite yourself. She never made me feel judged or uncomfortable during these challenging times, always approaching our interactions with genuine sympathy. Her medical expertise is truly outstanding, and I've never encountered such a compassionate healthcare professional before. I'm sincerely thankful for her wonderful approach and care. I would absolutely rate her 5 stars, even though that rating isn't currently visible.

Smooth and professional medical experience from start to finish

I visited my physician last Friday for an appointment, and I was impressed by the punctuality and professionalism of the staff. The service was outstanding from start to finish. When scheduling my required blood tests, the receptionist informed me of an available slot due to a cancellation on Monday, which I promptly booked. Today, I went for the blood draw and once again experienced timely and efficient service. Jade, the phlebotomist, was exceptional, and I can honestly say this was the most comfortable and painless blood test I've ever undergone. Keep maintaining these high standards.

Lifesaver doctor saves weekend with incredible care

When I encountered an urgent issue late on Friday, just minutes before closing, they accommodated me immediately, ensuring I wouldn't stress throughout the weekend. Dr. Alison Mathews was phenomenal - she expertly soothed my anxieties, provided comprehensive guidance, and swiftly arranged my prescription. I'm truly appreciative beyond words. Having been a patient at this practice my entire life, I can confidently say they are exceptional. The entire team consistently demonstrates remarkable compassion and goes to extraordinary lengths to support patients, which isn't unusual for them. My deepest gratitude to everyone involved!

Terrible medical service leaves patients in distress

The medical practice has drastically deteriorated since Dr Guest's departure. I've spent four consecutive days attempting to secure an appointment for my husband, which is critically needed for post-surgical medication follow-up. Each time I contact them, I'm met with the same dismissive response that no appointments are available and I should try again tomorrow. As a result, he's been forced to endure an entire weekend in discomfort. I even visited the surgery in person, but the reception staff's lack of empathy and professionalism is absolutely disgraceful! When I described our situation, even the District Nurses were visibly stunned by the utterly unacceptable level of service we've experienced.

Amazing medical practice with caring staff

I am absolutely thrilled with this medical practice, and relocating here has been one of the most brilliant choices I've made recently. Throughout all my interactions, every staff member - from the front desk to administrative staff, from the practice nurse to the doctors - has genuinely shown care about my concerns and consistently gone above and beyond to assist me. You truly couldn't expect more, although there is the challenge of needing to call precisely at 8 am to secure an appointment. In practice, this hasn't been a hindrance as I've consistently managed to obtain same-day appointments, which is remarkably impressive and something I never experienced with my previous GP practice. Moreover, I genuinely sense that the practice's culture is centered on continuous enhancement, and they are not complacent about their current level of care. I feel they are perpetually seeking opportunities for improvement and are very receptive to feedback and suggestions.

Terrible medical practice with frustrating communication issues

The reception team is unhelpful, often ignoring calls (I had to resort to using a private number to connect), and they mix up scheduling - booking blood result reviews instead of actual blood tests. You receive a confirmation text believing tests are set, but the designated clinic hasn't been informed, resulting in wasted time and mandatory self-rescheduling, which typically takes an additional 2-2.5 weeks. The newer physicians are equally disappointing, displaying complete lack of compassion, reflexively attributing symptoms to stress, and rushing patients through consultations in under five minutes. I strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Khan (male). Given these persistent issues, along with other complications, I ultimately decided to transfer my medical care elsewhere. While the physical medical practice itself remains clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing, the staff's performance fundamentally undermines the entire patient experience.

Booking nightmare that left me utterly frustrated

Attempting to schedule a consultation with this medical practice has been profoundly demoralizing. I rose early, motivated to secure an appointment, but their scheduling process is fundamentally broken and deceptive. Countless hours have been squandered navigating an endless maze of automated responses that ultimately result in zero progress. The experience is so exasperating that I'm seriously contemplating going to the emergency department, despite understanding it's inappropriate for non-urgent medical needs.

Impossible to book an appointment with this clinic

I'm completely unable to secure an appointment despite following all the proper procedures. Starting my day at 8am as the 30th caller in line, and then enduring a half-hour wait only to be informed that no availability exists, is incredibly exasperating.
