Terrible doctor who made me feel completely worthless

First visit to this clinic since Grove medical practice shut down. Absolutely pointless appointment, questioning the doctor's motivation for practicing medicine, possibly just chasing a paycheck. Made me feel completely disregarded and unimportant, showing zero concern for my health issues, and I sincerely hope to avoid encountering him as a healthcare provider in the future.

Frustrating experience with unreliable medical practice

I've been a patient at this practice since 2011, and the doctors, especially Dr. Guest, are top-notch. However, today's experience was incredibly frustrating. I went to Trafford hospital for a blood test, only to discover my details weren't in their system. I called the GP and was left on hold as the top caller for over 10 minutes. I checked their website, which stated they were open until 6:00 PM, so I drove back to the practice. To my dismay, I found a sign on the door indicating they were closed on Wednesdays! This is absolutely unacceptable! They should at least update their answering machine to prevent such inconvenience for patients.

Terrible management ruins an otherwise great medical practice

I've been a patient at this medical practice for a decade and a half. The clinical team is phenomenal and truly exceptional. Unfortunately, the practice manager and front desk personnel are, without exaggeration, the most unprofessional and disrespectful individuals I've ever encountered. They consistently dodge responsibility for their inappropriate communication and conduct. The manager seems completely oblivious to the fact that patients reach out when they're already feeling vulnerable, and her condescending attitude and harsh demeanor only serve to further distress those seeking medical help. If possible, I would gladly assign this surgery a rating below zero stars.

Avoid this medical practice at all costs. They show zero interest in patient care, consistently dodge phone calls, and when you finally secure an appointment, the doctor barely acknowledges your presence. Instead, they're glued to their computer screen, mechanically generating a printout before dismissing you without a second glance. The level of unprofessionalism is appalling. Despite my 44-year history with this practice, I've suddenly been deemed outside their service area. My mother, who was a patient here for nearly six decades, only recognized how substandard their care was after switching to a different doctor and experiencing genuine medical attention.
