Dangerous pharmacy fails to provide critical child's inhaler

Steer clear of this place if your family's well-being matters to you!!! They consistently botch critical repeat prescriptions for my daughter's inhaler - resulting in her being without medication for a full week while the pharmacy and doctors engage in pointless back-and-forth. This week, the pharmacy submitted the inhaler refill request on Monday (with a dated fax as evidence! but seriously, a FAX?!?! in 2019!!) and here we are on Friday with NOTHING. The receptionists display complete indifference. Their policy claims 48-hour turnaround, but they NEVER actually meet that standard. When children's respiratory medication is involved, their negligence is not just frustrating—it's downright LIFE-THREATENING!!! Last month, the pharmacy took mercy on us and provided an emergency inhaler to bridge the gap. I don't think they've managed to get a single prescription right yet. ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL SERVICE.

Fantastic medical care that truly exceeds expectations

I felt compelled to counteract a negative review I'd previously encountered! Over the past few years, my family and I have required multiple consultations here, and the quality of service has consistently been top-notch. They've genuinely managed to accommodate us promptly, occasionally even securing same-day appointments. The environment always appears calm and efficiently managed. The facility itself is quite pleasant. I find it challenging to align my experience with horror stories about other medical practices where patients endure interminable waiting periods for appointments. Based on our interactions thus far, I enthusiastically endorse this medical practice.

Terrible customer service ruins my entire morning

Absolutely terrible customer service. I phoned early this morning at 8:50am only to be informed that zero appointment slots were available, with my only options being to call back tomorrow at 8 am or risk missing out entirely. It's absolutely ridiculous! I genuinely miss being covered by sale medical - while scheduling appointments with them was challenging, they at least made a genuine effort to assist me instead of just dismissing me. This current experience is completely unacceptable, and I'm thoroughly disappointed.
