Terrible medical experience with invasive ai scribe
Completely unacceptable experience. I requested a straightforward blood test from my GP, typically handled via email for minor matters. Instead, I was forced to navigate a convoluted website booking system with irrelevant questionnaires. The assistant practitioner (AP) documented completely false information in my NHS app - claiming I smoke 10 cigarettes daily when I'm a lifelong non-smoker. Even more shockingly, she noted alcohol testing when I've been teetotal for over three decades. She even suggested I'm at high risk of stroke and cancer, all for a simple blood test! I've emailed requesting removal of these fabricated notes but expect no response. I'm outraged by this substandard system that demands unrelated medical information and then records it inaccurately. Upon reflection, I discovered they secretly used an AI tool called Accrux Scribe without my consent or knowledge, which apparently generated these notes without human verification. I absolutely refuse to proceed with this blood test under this AP's care, fearing further inaccurate AI-generated documentation that could compromise my health. After 24 years with this surgery, ending up in this situation is devastating and deeply upsetting. Patients must be warned. I believe there's a legal requirement for patient permission before using AI in consultations - it felt like an unseen, intrusive listener in the room.

I've had a different experience with rapid health booking compared to others, finding it efficient and speedier than traditional phone scheduling. Dr. Arden at park surgery deserves praise for their prompt attention and ability to reassure me during my visit. However, my otherwise positive experience was marred by another doctor driving a BMW who inconsiderately blocked my vehicle when I attempted to leave. He claimed the unmarked parking spot I occupied was reserved exclusively for medical staff, lecturing me upon his eventual arrival. Ironically, the wall signage clearly indicates the parking area is for patients and staff alike. To that particular physician: if you're reading this, your behavior significantly detracted from my otherwise excellent visit. I would have gladly awarded Park Surgery a perfect rating were it not for this arrogant individual's unprofessional conduct.

We requested our recent blood test results and encountered a series of frustrating obstacles. Initially, they claimed no record existed. Subsequently, they acknowledged having the documents but insisted they couldn't be printed. Then, they suggested they could print but wouldn't. Finally, they redirected us to the requesting physician. Notably, Park & St Francis's own website explicitly states patients' rights to access their personal data, which is also mandated by GDPR legislation. We attempted to escalate our concerns by emailing the Patient Participation Group but received no response. Additionally, we mailed a comprehensive printed record of our email exchanges to the Practice Manager a month prior, yet again met with complete silence. Interestingly, during a recent GP visit, my partner simply requested his blood test results and was immediately provided them. The conclusion is clear: the administrative staff and practice management demonstrate a profound ignorance of both their website's patient access guidelines and the fundamental legal requirements regarding personal medical information.

I'm utterly let down by this general practice clinic. The front desk personnel are incredibly discourteous and appear completely disinterested in listening to patients, quickly dismissing concerns they claim not to comprehend or have insight into. It's truly disheartening because the medical professionals themselves are wonderful, yet their reputation is being severely undermined by the reception team's poor attitude. The practice is also overwhelmingly overcrowded, and when I was struggling with severe, undiagnosed glandular fever, they couldn't schedule an appointment for a fortnight. What a profound disappointment!!

Despite being constrained by the clinic's availability—with the earliest GP telephone consultation scheduled for February 2nd—she made a genuine effort to assist me. While I unfortunately did not catch her name, I truly believe she deserves acknowledgment for her professionalism. My goal was to obtain a GP referral for a private heart specialist consultation, but the current appointment shortage prevented this from happening.

Park & St Francis Surgery has been our trusted family doctor for over two decades, and it breaks our heart 😢 to bid farewell 👋🏼 due to relocating. Terrible service and lack of medical care compassion
The referral process was frustratingly slow. My daughter was suffering from back pain, and after two weeks, the administrative staff still hadn't sent the referral, which is especially concerning given that back pain is unusual in children. Moreover, my medical records from five years ago haven't been requested from my previous doctor. One of the GPs refused to adjust my treatment despite severe side effects. I endured significant pain, and the doctor attempted to prescribe Gabapentin for nerve pain and antidepressants instead of conducting proper investigations. She did not believe my symptoms. I ultimately sought care in the private sector for additional tests, and when I returned, the GP questioned why I hadn't pursued further treatment privately - which was incredibly ironic. I have never encountered such unprofessional and dismissive service. I'm only keeping one star because of two decent GPs, one of whom has already left the practice.
