I attempted to call the practice precisely at 8am and again at 2pm, only to be repeatedly told no appointments were available. Each time I asked about booking for tomorrow, next week, or even six weeks ahead, I was flatly refused. The responses were consistently unhelpful and frustrating. My wife and I even visited the manager to discuss our concerns, and she merely assured us "things will improve" - which they absolutely did not. Her vague promises rang completely hollow. Ultimately, we were forced to change doctors, and when I finally got referred to hospital, I discovered my medical condition had significantly deteriorated due to the repeated delays and lack of access to care. These doctors are seemingly excellent - if a patient can somehow survive long enough to actually secure an appointment!

The receptionist was friendly, and I was able to secure same-day appointments - once with a nurse practitioner and another time with Dr. Tomkinson. I want to give the doctors and nurses a break - the NHS is already under immense pressure without additional criticism. If someone isn't satisfied with the service, they're free to seek alternatives. The front desk staff demonstrate an appalling lack of professionalism and courtesy. After being prescribed incorrect inhalers, I endured a week of suffering and attempted to resolve the issue by requesting a doctor's callback at 10am. The physician finally returned my call at 5:40pm from an alternate number, causing me to miss the connection. When I attempted to follow up the next morning, the receptionist abruptly terminated the call and treated me with complete disrespect. The medical practice is not only incompetent but also chaotically managed, with staff who show zero regard for patient care and communication.
