Am I alone in believing this is a fantastic development!! I've personally experienced zero problems with the Evergreen App. It works perfectly for both myself and my brother, whose affairs I manage. Their customer service consistently provides quick answers and solutions. So much more convenient than trying to call at 8am and finding yourself 39th in line!! I'd call this genuine advancement!! The current blood test process is also a significant enhancement!! I can only say kudos to Park Surgery!

The sign-in technology is perpetually malfunctioning, and the first floor lacks a receptionist, forcing patients to seek assistance elsewhere. When you do find staff, they are typically unhelpful and discourteous. I'm bewildered how such a dysfunctional medical practice can continue operating without improvement or consequences. The entire experience is shockingly substandard for modern healthcare standards.

The clinical staff at this practice are decent, but only if you can actually reach them. From my perspective, management seems intent on structuring the practice to prevent patients from consulting with a Doctor. Despite being registered for over four decades, I was ultimately compelled to switch due to their incredibly frustrating approach to patient care. My parents remain registered and we both experience immense difficulty securing appointments. The reception staff have been abrupt and unsympathetic during stressful health situations where compassion should prevail. When you finally connect with a receptionist, they appear trained to obstruct rather than assist - deflecting patients, avoiding booking appointments, or redirecting you elsewhere when a GP could help. In my father's case, he's even been sent home to await a call from someone ultimately unable to provide assistance. I initially assumed this was standard NHS practice, but my new surgery is remarkably different and superior. Perhaps Park Surgery is simply overwhelmed? Upon lodging a complaint about multiple issues, I received a patronizing response. It's clear this level of service is unnecessary and unacceptable, yet nothing seems to improve at Park Surgery.
