Surgery booking system transforms patient experience

The booking system overhaul has dramatically improved this surgery's performance in my view. For the first time in years, they're actually meeting my expectations, so I'd now rate them 10/10 instead of the previous 1/10!! It was truly dreadful before. Over the past four weeks, I've used DoctorIQ/Evergreen, which is incredibly user-friendly and opens at 7:45am, well ahead of phone lines. This morning, I was triaged and received a same-day appointment at 11:45am by 8:05am - remarkable! I believe this is a comprehensive victory for everyone. Staff are experiencing less patient frustration, and my personal stress has completely evaporated when dealing with them. I used to absolutely dread every interaction and complained repeatedly, but now I'm genuinely impressed. Credit where it's due - they've truly transformed their service. Please continue this excellent approach, you absolutely deserve these 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dangerous medical practice with terrible patient care

VERIFY CQC RATING!! Currently under investigation - absolutely terrible. MOST DISASTROUS medical practice!! Steer clear or find alternative registration if you truly value your well-being. My parents have been patients here for a decade. Recently, their performance has been utterly abysmal. The reception staff's attitude is deplorable, their systems are dysfunctional, and obtaining repeat prescriptions is impossible (email attempts are futile), appointments are non-existent unless you're prepared to fight, and the standard of care is deeply alarming. Their CQC rating is deteriorating, and I'm preparing to file an official grievance. This facility requires complete closure, and Horsham desperately needs a new medical practice capable of genuinely supporting patients.

Terrible service with zero compassion at park reception

Being courteous requires no more effort than being rude, a lesson Park reception might want to learn. Absolutely dreadful. Furthermore, not every pharmacy can dispense antibiotics without a medical consultation. If you're feeling unwell and find yourself at a dead end with these folks, head to Crawley walk-in clinic. Wonderful staff. True professionals.

The mobile version of this website is absolutely dreadful. E. X. T. R. E. M. E. L. Y. sluggish. I'm struggling to find how to reach the nursing team. Are district nurses even a thing anymore? The website provides zero helpful information about nursing services. While Dr. Howell and the nursing staff are excellent, getting in touch with medical personnel consistently proves challenging at this practice.

The front desk personnel display an appalling lack of professionalism, seemingly instructed to create obstacles and withhold helpful assistance. They consistently dodge accountability for dispensing incorrect details. It's bewildering how a once-excellent practice has deteriorated so rapidly. If this were a commercial enterprise, it would undoubtedly collapse within weeks due to such abysmal customer service. If alternative options were available, patients would unquestionably seek care elsewhere.

Worst medical experience ever at park surgery

Park surgery is nothing more than a decorative backdrop in Horsham park. It's a derelict, non-functional building masquerading as a medical facility for no apparent reason! There's this supposedly convenient option to call at 8 for an appointment! But when you do call at 8, they've magically reached full capacity - how remarkable! I suspect this building was deliberately constructed as a monument to epitomize the ABSOLUTE WORST of healthcare, and it succeeds brilliantly. This useless structure deserves a massive, illuminated sign proclaiming "BOTCHED SURGERY, APPOINTMENTS WELCOME" - oh wait, no, they're fully booked! And have you heard about this incredible new medical breakthrough? Doctors can now diagnose patients over the phone without even seeing them 😱 Apparently, they can now detect illnesses through telephone signals - truly astonishing how medical technology has advanced! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT REGISTER WITH THIS CIRCUS OF A MEDICAL PRACTICE, AND IF YOU ALREADY HAVE... ESCAPE AND SEEK CARE ELSEWHERE! I'm abandoning this circus of incompetence today and finding a proper healthcare provider, maybe I'll even ring up Trump for advice.
