Terrible service and unhelpful royal family stamp system

To consult a physician, you must obtain a royal seal of approval! The service was satisfactory before pandemic restrictions, but it's deteriorating rapidly. The reception staff appear overwhelmed and occasionally display a harsh demeanor. As a result, I'm transferring all my family's medical care to a different general practice.

Despite being relatively new to Horsham, I've encountered significant medical challenges in recent years. While NHS services, especially primary care, are under considerable strain, the standard of care I've experienced has consistently been exceptional. My latest interactions with Irene have been particularly outstanding - she has been incredibly compassionate and made me feel completely secure and well-supported. Disappointing medical service with poor communication

I scheduled this appointment well ahead of time, expecting a call from my physician around the 7th. The receptionist was incredibly pleasant, but the overall medical service was disappointingly subpar. I never received the anticipated call or had an appointment confirmed, and instead, they had the audacity to send me a feedback request. Frankly, the whole situation is completely ridiculous.

Terrible service left me without my medication

utterly worthless. I reached out regarding my medication, and was shuttled between the pharmacy, reception, and back again in a frustrating runaround. Eventually, I was assured my prescription would be ready by day's end. Upon arriving to collect it, I endured a 20-minute wait only to discover they've been out of stock for quite a while - without any communication to me. Now I'm left without my critical medication, creating a seriously challenging predicament that is entirely unacceptable and inexcusable.

Absolutely appalling negligence, unable to process a prescription for an extended period. Total disregard for patients' well-being, with staff showing complete indifference to the distress caused by their ineptitude. They've even gone so far as to prevent any form of complaint or feedback!

Terrible healthcare service ruins patient experience

I was forced to physically visit the clinic a month ago to schedule a consultation with my general practitioner for today. Since I didn't get the usual text message reminder, I called the medical office, only to be dismayed that they've switched to telephone consultations. How could a physician possibly assess or diagnose a skin issue through a phone call? ... Truly, the practice has devolved into a complete mockery for the local community.

Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff

The medical practice has drastically deteriorated in recent months. Securing an appointment has become nearly impossible, and the reception staff are dismissive and unhelpful. The situation is becoming utterly ridiculous - you can't get through on the phone, and when I arrived early in the morning seeking an urgent consultation, I was informed they no longer offer immediate appointments and everything is now handled via telephone triage. To make matters worse, my husband, who is battling cancer, was told they wouldn't see him and was advised to go to the emergency department just to obtain his routine medication. We are absolutely determined to change practices, and we will definitely be filing a comprehensive complaint with the CQC and the practice manager before doing so. 😡

Worst medical practice ever shocking customer service

Enduring a grueling hour-long wait only to be informed that a phone consultation is scheduled a month away is utterly appalling. The dismissive response of 'you know what you can do… leave' is beyond unprofessional. Park Surgery, take note of your customer feedback, look to Holbrook Surgery as an example, and seriously improve your patient care!
