Frustrating phone experience at local medical practice

Terrible telephone service, even with the call-back option. Rang Herne and Broomfield surgery at 8 AM and was initially informed I was third in the queue. Regrettably, after waiting over a quarter of an hour and incurring call charges, no one picked up the line. Absolutely no explanation was provided. Growing increasingly frustrated with the endless struggle to secure a medical appointment. The staff appear to be doing their utmost, but the system seems completely overwhelmed.

My encounter involves both the NHS administrative procedures and this specific medical facility. While I recognize that receptionists handle numerous patients daily, if you're so profoundly dissatisfied with your work and personal circumstances, it would be better to seek alternative employment. When I pose a question, I genuinely have no hidden agenda, nor am I attempting to assign blame or create legal complications. The dismissive expressions and convenient hearing lapses displayed by these staff members are thoroughly unprofessional and offensive.

This morning, my son was seeking a medical consultation and initially hoped to see Dr. Carter, but was informed he wasn't available, so he scheduled an appointment with another physician. Dangerous medical practice with life-threatening negligence

A completely horrendous medical practice. Administrative personnel are exceptionally discourteous and flagrantly disregard legal requirements. This surgery nearly resulted in my wife's death and caused me significant distress due to their absolute indifference towards patient welfare. After consulting a general practitioner on Friday and receiving an x-ray referral, my wife collapsed (and was clinically deceased momentarily) on Sunday morning. The reception staff were incredibly discourteous, the prescription 'team' representative was appallingly rude, and the pharmacist was incompetent and should be prohibited from practicing. Given the abysmal treatment my wife and I experienced, we are currently preparing legal proceedings against this practice, with two claims to be filed within the coming weeks. I cannot comprehend the positive reviews for this surgery, considering the extremely discourteous and callous administrative staff, associate healthcare workers who pretend to be physicians, and doctors who are incredibly rude, completely unsympathetic, and make patient care decisions that are contraindicated, potentially harmful, and implemented without patient consultation. My family would prefer to forgo healthcare entirely rather than interact with this dangerous and indifferent practice and its associated healthcare and administrative personnel!!!!!
