Having been their patient for a decade, I can genuinely say I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Their telephone system is exceptional - call at 8am and you can secure a doctor's callback that very morning. The reception team are courteous and streamlined, while the nursing staff are consistently professional and friendly. I've primarily interacted with Dr Siggursden, Dr Carter, and Dr Mathews, and can easily request a callback or schedule an in-person consultation as needed. In my experience, the patient care here surpasses anything I've encountered, whether in private or public healthcare. When my preferred doctors aren't available, the other physicians are equally knowledgeable and supportive. Repeat prescriptions can be ordered online and are delivered to your chosen pharmacy the next day, and hospital referrals are handled with remarkable simplicity. I genuinely cannot identify a single drawback with this remarkable practice...
