Bad!

Negligence destroyed my daughters health and future

The medical staff's negligence has left my daughter fighting for her life in a London hospital. We consulted the physicians twice, on February 1st and 7th, and they dismissed her symptoms as a common viral fever. When we went to the A&E on February 10th and 11th, and then to QEQM in Margate on February 12th, the doctors finally acknowledged she had severe lung infections with fluid buildup. On February 13th, they transferred her to a London hospital where we remain. I implore medical professionals: when parents bring their children to you, they do so with complete faith and trust. Please treat each case with the utmost care and attention it deserves.

Terrible reception overshadows great medical care

The medical professionals are excellent, but a significant portion of the front desk personnel display discourteous behavior and try to manipulate patients emotionally to rationalize scheduling delays. It seems the physicians maintain minimal interaction with the reception team.

Unprofessional health expert lacks basic understanding

After an interaction with one of their healthcare representatives online, I found their demeanor thoroughly disappointing. While they displayed some evident misconceptions about NHS information governance protocols and data protection regulations—which, in fairness, isn't uncommon or inherently critical—their fundamental issue was a distinct lack of receptiveness to constructive feedback or personal growth. Their approach suggested a closed mindset unreceptive to nuanced understanding or professional development.

Terrible service and endless waiting at clinic

My child has visited this place 5 times in just two months, and absolutely nothing has been resolved. What's worse, each visit requires us to endure waiting periods exceeding 30 minutes, which is completely unacceptable. Once might be understandable, but five times? Avoid this location - it's already overcrowded and inefficient.
