Unhelpful doctors dismissed our health concerns
The front desk personnel seem deliberately trained to discourage patient visits. Every time we called, their response was essentially, "Don't worry, you'll recover, no need to come in." When our newborn developed a concerning rash just weeks after birth, they casually diagnosed it over the phone without even wanting to examine him. Completely unacceptable. Their approach left me feeling like seeking medical advice is somehow forbidden, which is deeply troubling. Fortunately, we've relocated and encountered no such issues since.

Terrible service from rude and unhelpful receptionist
I phoned to schedule an appointment and inquired about my condition. When I explained my symptoms and mentioned a friend's similar experience who was immediately seen and quickly scheduled for an operation and biopsy, I was frustrated to learn I'd have to wait two weeks just for an initial consultation. The receptionist's attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. She coldly stated, "If you've had this condition this long, two more weeks won't matter," which struck me as completely inappropriate. I'm not a medical professional, but neither is she - so who is she to make such judgments? I tried explaining that I've been monitoring a lump hoping it would resolve itself, but it hasn't. This isn't the first time I've encountered poor service from this medical practice. The receptionist came across as incredibly rude, making me feel like an unwelcome nuisance she wanted to quickly get rid of. Her lack of empathy and compassion was shocking. I am definitely not satisfied with this experience.

Terrible doctor dismisses patient's health concerns
I am absolutely devastated by the treatment I received during my recent consultation. I called to discuss management of my long-term condition and a new, extremely painful medical issue. After two years, they finally agreed to adjust my medication, but when I tried to prioritize addressing the new symptoms that were causing me significant distress, the GP spoke to me condescendingly, as if I had no understanding of my own medical needs. When I attempted to advocate for myself, I was essentially told to find another doctor. Upon trying to lodge a complaint with the practice manager, I was informed that complaints must be submitted in writing and no direct appointment would be made. Throughout my extensive medical history, I have consulted numerous healthcare professionals, but I have never encountered such unprofessional and dismissive treatment. I strongly advise anyone considering this medical practice to thoroughly review their reputation and approach to patient care. My experience was nothing short of unacceptable.

Reckless doctors destroying patient's quality of life
A physician unilaterally terminated a long-standing prescription for my chronic pain medication without conducting any form of assessment. I've switched healthcare providers. My new doctor has unexpectedly and without communication discontinued my Valium prescription, causing my anxiety to escalate dramatically. I cannot secure an appointment for nearly a week. Thankfully, I'm not in a vulnerable mental state. I had been a patient at my previous medical practice for over a quarter-century without incident. My encounter with this healthcare system is not just unsettling, but genuinely alarming.
