Negligent care nearly killed my innocent child

I strongly advise against this service. They refused to accommodate the child. The reception staff made that decision. Three hours later, the child was rushed to the hospital in a critical state with severe oxygen deprivation. He was hospitalized for three days. They are withholding medical documentation. They texted me that medical records would only be released through legal representation (I have proof of this message). Instead of returning the original medical record, they deliberately destroyed it. I am presently preparing a formal complaint to the regulatory authority.

Terrible service putting my child's health at risk

Absolutely dreadful medical practice. Scheduling slots are perpetually unavailable, even for a young child. My toddler has been through accident and emergency with a critical neck infection and shows no improvement. He urgently requires antibiotics, and when we attempted to contact them, we were directed to seek an emergency consultation. The physician documented the case in the system for the GP's review. However, predictably, the receptionists are consistently unresponsive, regardless of the time of day. On the rare occasion they do answer, they simply redirect us to the A&E service. It's no wonder hospital waiting rooms are congested with a six-hour queue to see a doctor. Absolutely disgraceful! I will immediately remove myself and my entire family from this GP's patient list.
