Terrible service with racist undertones at park surgery
I and my son Nathan were mistreated multiple times by an Indian doctor at this clinic, who seems to be the same one everyone else complains about. Arriving around 10am, they let my son cry and made me wait over two hours while attending to people who just walked in, seemingly because we were black. I've never experienced such discrimination since coming to the UK. When I tried speaking to the receptionist, she threatened that my son wouldn't be seen. These staff are incredibly heartless, watching a toddler cry while serving others who arrived after us. I was devastated when I got home and ultimately changed surgeries. The staff at Park Surgery represent the worst of unprofessionalism and cruelty. Another time, they told me to collect my prescription the next day. At the pharmacy, after waiting in a long queue, I was informed my prescription hadn't arrived after 48 hours. They even changed my inhaler without notifying me, causing me to cough. Pharmacy staff spoke negatively about the surgery, confirming these people are incompetent. The doctors and staff completely lack empathy, especially the Indian doctor, who behaves in the most unacceptable, uncaring manner towards patients. It's shameful. During my three visits, the doctor made me cry each time, intentionally keeping my son and me waiting while calling in other patients. Despite my son's distress, they showed no compassion. When I finally saw the doctor, I was treated terribly and made to feel subhuman. I sincerely hope this surgery closes for its complete failure to provide proper medical care. When I questioned why others were being seen while we waited, I was essentially told to be quiet. A staff member even threatened that if I continued complaining, my son wouldn't be seen. I shared my experience with another black woman who confirmed similar traumatic treatment. The lack of empathy is astounding, and I'm relieved to have left this horrible practice.

Total chaos at this medical practice! Impossible to schedule an appointment after countless phone attempts, and even when contact is made, there's zero patient consideration! My mother, battling COPD and Lupus, faces prescription issues every single month - either they're incomplete or unsigned, with Emma being the sole helpful staff member! The extremely discourteous receptionist Carly absolutely deserves to be fired for her appalling treatment of my mother last Friday - displaying zero compassion and failing to follow through on promised callback! She actually had the nerve to argue with my sick mother who was unable to obtain her emergency medication and ultimately required hospitalization. My elderly mother continues to experience her psoriasis medication being removed from her prescription, despite being registered and anticipating a follow-up light therapy treatment after enduring this condition for decades. It's truly heartbreaking to witness a 60-year-old woman left in constant discomfort, receiving nothing more than a casual apology during each phone call when she explains her situation. There are absolutely no valid justifications for such incompetent management.
