Terrible customer service that drives me crazy
Utterly terrible customer service. You're forced to call repeatedly, and they refuse to schedule an appointment. They either leave the phone off the hook, showing a perpetual 'busy' status, or simply hang up on you repeatedly.

ABSOLUTE WORST general practice I've ever encountered!!! STEER CLEAR!!! They are COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL!!! TOTALLY OUTDATED!!! Stuck in the past!!! As an educator, I am UNABLE TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT!!! AVOID REGISTERING HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Worst medical practice ever stay far away
If there was a rating lower than zero, I would choose it. We've been with this medical practice for three years, and it's been an absolutely terrible experience. Most of the staff are incredibly rude, and it's rare to encounter someone who speaks politely. They constantly lie, and most staff members seem clueless about their responsibilities. Whenever we call about issues or appointments, they just keep fabricating excuses. One staff member says one thing, and another contradicts them completely. They continuously make up stories and explanations. This surgery is completely useless and horrible. I deeply miss my previous medical practice, which closed three years ago. Now they simply tell us to go to the emergency room or see a pharmacist. They might as well shut down entirely and let patients register directly with A&E or a pharmacy. This medical practice is an absolute mockery of healthcare.
