Disappointing decline in medical practice quality

I've consistently praised the quality of care at my medical practice, but over the past year, the service has dramatically deteriorated. The entire reception team is new and incompetent, giving lip service without actually following through. Despite the waiting room being consistently empty, the staff always appear overwhelmed and unable to schedule a doctor's appointment. Multiple times I've been advised to contact Cavendish court for care, which seems bizarre since doctors should be available during standard working hours. I'm thoroughly disheartened and seriously considering changing healthcare providers.

Nurses save the day at this changing practice

I must admit, ever since this medical practice underwent corporate changes and implemented a new system, with long-time reception staff departing, the atmosphere just isn't the same. Despite that, I've had appointments with Nurse Katie and Nurse Jess, and they were absolutely fantastic! Both of them are incredibly courteous, relaxed, and non-judgmental. They truly make the entire experience so much more comfortable and stress-free, which is incredibly important. These two nurses are truly outstanding, and I no longer feel anxious about my visits because they are such attentive listeners who provide exceptional care!! My sincere gratitude to both of them! ☺️

Lifesaving support during my toughest health year

Battled through a challenging year filled with continuous health issues and a small mishap. Managed to secure a swift medical consultation and received exceptional care from compassionate healthcare professionals. While I hope to reduce my frequent visits, I'm genuinely impressed by the incredible support provided, especially amid ongoing criticism of the NHS. The team at Parkview truly deserve recognition for their outstanding service.

Terrible service from unfriendly and unhelpful staff

The receptionist's behavior today was incredibly discourteous. Initially, she claimed I didn't have an appointment because this wasn't my son's usual doctor's office, and then loudly shouted from across the room for us to sit down. After our consultation, the doctor recommended rebooking in 7 weeks, but the staff insisted they don't schedule that far in advance - apparently only acceptable if it was for me, not my son. When I inquired about collecting his prescription, I was abruptly told we couldn't obtain it here since we weren't regular patients. The entire service was shockingly unprofessional, especially given that the office wasn't even busy. I'm bewildered by the hostile treatment simply because we weren't their typical patients. Truly disappointing. The only positive was that the doctor was excellent with my child.

Despite working in a medical practice, I typically steer clear of medical procedures whenever possible. However, I can genuinely affirm that from the doctors and nurses to the reception staff, I have consistently been thoroughly impressed. The service is always attentive, with prompt follow-ups and exceptional care. The entire team is simply outstanding.

Great healthcare with caring professionals

The personnel and physicians here are warm and welcoming. I'm typically seen promptly, and even when there's a slight wait, I'm not bothered because I'm thankful we still have the NHS, despite its current challenges. I'd much prefer a brief delay over having no healthcare support whatsoever.

I feel fortunate to have this medical practice. However, I'm frustrated by the apparent lack of email communication options. I cannot locate a clear email contact method, which seems like a missed opportunity. If they could reach out to patients via email, it would significantly reduce mailing expenses and potentially alleviate the burden on their phone lines.
