Terrible service and impossible to reach medical staff

Attempting to contact this medical practice is an exercise in futility. Their phone queue system is laughably inadequate, with a mere 10 spots available, meaning you can waste nearly an hour trying to get through only to be told they're not accepting any more calls. I'm actively seeking to transfer my medical care elsewhere as soon as possible. What's particularly frustrating is that I'm hardly ever sick - in a decade, I've probably visited the surgery just a handful of times. The quality of service has drastically deteriorated since my childhood, and definitely not for the better. They desperately need to either hire more staff - receptionists and doctors alike - or invest in a telephone system capable of handling 100 callers instead of this pathetic 10-person limit. Such an upgrade would prevent the morning rush of people desperately trying to make contact.

Worst customer service ever at this medical office

For three consecutive days, I persistently contacted their office between 8 and 9 AM. When I finally reached someone, they were incredibly unhelpful. After explaining my situation, the receptionist's dismissive response was simply that "the doctor will call you." I waited for a call that never came, and they instructed me to call again the next day. I'm not interested in a phone consultation; I need an actual in-person appointment. Their response was that they can't schedule appointments, which is absolutely unacceptable. This is hands down the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced!!!

Friendly staff and great care made my day

I found this establishment to be exceptional during my recent visit. The staff were incredibly friendly both on the telephone and in person. The receptionist was delightful, and the doctor was equally wonderful, though I can't recall her name - she was nonetheless outstanding. I'm pleased to report that I'm also experiencing some improvement in my condition.

It's disheartening that this medical practice appears to prioritize the doctors' convenience over patient needs. Scheduling an appointment has become an incredibly frustrating ordeal. The morning phone system, which begins at 8:30am, demands at least 20 dialing attempts, frequently resulting in no available slots. The process of enduring multiple calls only to be informed that appointments are fully booked is incredibly taxing. The numerous pre-recorded messages before being instructed to call back later are particularly aggravating, especially for those using pay-as-you-go phones, which incurs unnecessary charges. If only the doctors would experience this system firsthand, they would comprehend why patients—many of whom are already anxious or suffering—become so frustrated and distressed by this inefficient approach.

Worst medical service ever experienced by human

Utterly abysmal medical service where the doctors are so inept they can't even write a prescription correctly. It's so simple that a kindergartener could do better. I visited the pharmacy to collect my medication, and incredibly, two different doctors issued the same prescription with conflicting dosages. Boots pharmacy can't even contact the doctors or their reception staff. If possible, I'd rate this service well below zero - it's that terrible.

Every time I contact reception, they insist I must call at 8:30, otherwise they won't schedule an appointment. Everyone knows this is during school drop-off time when parents are busy with their children. When I called at 8:30, they claimed it wasn't an emergency and offered me a phone consultation a month later. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with this medical service.

Terrible clinic with impossible appointment booking system

Absolute chaos at this clinic! For a week straight, I've been desperately trying to secure an appointment, and each time I call, I'm left hanging on the line only to be greeted by a pre-recorded message claiming all lines are occupied. When I attempt to call back shortly after, I'm met with another automated response declaring all appointment slots are full, and apparently, they're completely booked before 9am. I checked their website, which suggested walk-in bookings were possible, so I arrived precisely at 8:32 am during opening hours. Shockingly, the receptionist refused to even acknowledge me, dismissing me and instructing me to call back the next morning at 8:30 to book. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, especially when I'm experiencing significant pain and urgently need medical attention. My condition has deteriorated over the past week, forcing me to travel all the way to Leicester hospital's A&E for treatment. Absolutely do not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking reliable healthcare.

Terrible medical practice with zero customer service

Complete disappointment from start to finish. Scheduling an appointment here is a nightmare, and even if you manage to secure one, the diagnostic process is utterly futile. Their communication is abysmal - they provide a vague phone consultation without specifying a precise time slot. In my case, I missed the call entirely and only received a voicemail at 11:20. When I immediately returned the call, I was unceremoniously pushed to the back of the queue. My history with this practice has been consistently poor, and the only reason I remain registered is the lack of alternative options in the area. These are truly subpar medical professionals - steer clear if at all possible! And let me be clear, these issues predate the pandemic, so don't even think about using COVID as an excuse for their incompetence.

Worst medical practice ever avoid at all costs

This establishment is utterly abysmal! The manner in which they interact with patients is completely reprehensible, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this place at all costs! They intentionally deprive patients of essential medications. The short blonde receptionist thinks it's appropriate to rudely gesture at patients and demand they exit the surgery for not wearing a mask, despite having valid exemption documentation! They're nothing more than intimidating bullies who enjoy wielding power over people's lives. If negative ratings were possible, they still wouldn't capture the extent of their awfulness! They constantly accuse patients of dishonesty and display an appalling level of disrespect! Never in my entire life have I witnessed such a horrific demonstration of medical care, and I am absolutely enraged and seriously considering pursuing legal action! This facility absolutely must be shut down immediately!
